Verizon is not the company it used to be. They offered $50 credit rather than $300 we have unknowingly paid for. Decided to switch to Another company and Verizon wouldn't unlock my phone to transfer. I was with another carrier All day trying to get my carrier switched. Had to purchase a new phone. The store staff are indifferent and not very knowledgeable. I would tell anyone Verizon is not the upstanding court used to be.
