Not big on rating places - just feels weird - but I felt I had to highly recommend Jared. I had an issue that he foresaw because of IRS automating some of the process. Despite this being an even crazier tax season than usual, he got back to me really quickly, by phone, and left a detailed message with a detailed email to follow. I'm talking with verbatim what to write on the form. He gave really clear instructions on how to get into the portal and quickly access the documents I needed. He's really got a great system down. He's also pretty unique in a good way. Seems to have a good sense of humor and pretty down-to-earth, given the topic, so made it a nice experience working on taxes. The price was fair.
