I am feeling like this place has lost its momentum a bit. I came in today for a big batch of juice....just thinking a cleanse would be good. Anyway, I asked when the juice in the cooler was pressed. The friendly guy at the counter said, "last Saturday." Whaaat???? Today is Wednesday. The date on the bottle says good till September 25th. Three day old juice doesn't have the rich nutrients of cold pressed juice. It's basically just drinking sugar! And they're selling the stuff until the 25th???? Like an idiot, I bought two juices and it was 24+ dollars. Then of course they have Apple Pay and you can add a tip for the counter help. So that made it $27. Quite a bit of money for three day old juice.Also, they stopped selling salads and things long ago. Plus, I didn't see any nut mylk in the cooler? Maybe it was there??? I was just so flustered by the fact that the juice was old....I cannot be positive. I have truly enjoyed this place in the past. It's been my go to when I'm in Kentucky. Now, seriously rethinking that. Heading to whole foods and then going home to make my own juice. Something green, not sugary and maybe even my own nut mylk. Like I said I like this place. This is a nice, cozy juice bar in downtown Lexington that has a great product. I enjoyed the Juice I selected immensely, but the price was steep at $11 in my opinion. There is also nowhere to really sit, relax, and hangout, unfortunately. The girl working was wonderful; friendly, knowledgeable and good conversation. The interior could definitely use some work as untouched plywood is all over. As well as maybe some music playing as it was oddly quiet. It would also be nice to have made-to-order juice options instead of always being limited to their recipes, but it's difficult to do when it's cold-pressed (which is the best). I LOVE the Weekly Juicery! I got hooked because they deliver to my gym after the lunch hour classes, and have kept coming back since! I wasn't sure I would be into juices, particularly since juicing veggies sounded like an alien concept to me. However, the staff give great suggestions to get you started so you don't jump off into the deep end. Some of my favorites, like Orange You Happy, were suggestions from my earliest visits. Everything is so fresh and delicious, and I weirdly love their glass bottles to re-use at home. They're so cute with the little radishes pained on the bottle! We didn't like it. Ever since my friends in SF had a juicing bachelorette party, I've been wanting to check out a place like this. The store is cute and I love the concept but the juices are way too pricey. The juices are so expensive considering there is nothing proprietary about their juices - you can make the exact same thing at home with a juicer. Also, I get that this place specializes in their juice but if you're going to offer smoothies, make them good! We got some sort of watermelon smoothie and it just was not good. It might have been the watermelon they had in store at that time, but the flavors in the smoothie were not good. Now that I know that fresh squeezed juices can last a couple of days, I'll be making my own juices and storing them for myself. read more

I chose the Matcha Madness smoothie which turned out to be exactly what I was craving-- green veggies, matcha, ginger and cinnamon. This place is the bomb. Great staff, great juices, and very knowledgeable about raw foods and juicing. It's pricey but if you've ever juiced it's totally worth it. The beets juices make your body and soul shine. I do the weekly delivery and love everything about it. You can juice your juices or let them surprise you to mix things up. They will deliver to your home weekly, (thus the name) . {I have not use the delivery service} True Vegetable Juice, if that is what you want. I have been a loyal customer for the last few years, paying absorbent fees for juice, which I take full responsibility for, so no problem there. Service is hit or miss, either the cashier is pissed I have interrupted their computer time or they are quite pleasant/helpful. Anyways, I have been saving up glass bottles to turn in for the 'Glass Bottle Deposit' that I have been reminded of every time I have visited the location over the past several years (outside of the plastic bottle phase) with the intention of gaining the promised discount one day. Which brings me to today; I meticulously washed all the glass bottles I had saved and brought them in to purchase my usual products, only to be informed that a new policy had taken hold and these glass deposits are no longer relevant...Perhaps you could have honored your existing policy and then informed customers that the new one would be taking effect from now on?? Thanks for not honoring your policy for a loyal customer and then charging a bunch of money as usual. read more

Awesome! Stopped in right at opening (7:30am) after 2 days of feeling awful and run down. Didn't catch the girl at the counter's name but she was very friendly, offered me samples of juice I wasn't quite sure of as well as a shot of wheatgrass. The price for cold pressed organic juice is never going to compete with processed juice from the grocery. But there's a reason for the price difference. Their typical 16oz juice will run around $11.50. That's not cheap, I get it. But the juice was amazing. Fresh, delicious, and I didn't have to clean out my home juicer. After 2 sickly days in bed I had zero desire to go to the grocery or run back home to cut, peel, juice, etc... so Weekly Juicery to the rescue! I felt so refreshed after 2 juices and a light lunch I called my parents and gave them directions to Weekly Juicery! I'll definitely be back myself next week to try the turmeric tonic :) read more

Not impressed. I've been hearing rave reviews about this "awesome" juicery, but left underwelmed and seriously disappointed. We were disappointed by the child behind the counter helping customers. I understand if your child wants to be involved in your business, but the child should also be limited to what interaction she has with customers. She couldn't answer my questions about the juices and the adult started helping other customers. I did find out that almost all the juices were "super good" and "her all-time favorite". Number one pet peeve for local businesses, especially one of this size, is not sourcing all the produce locally. After paying for two juices, the produce guy rolled in boxes of ginger...from China. Ginger is in almost all of their juices. Why is the juice $9/bottle if the produce is cheap imports? The juice craze doesn't make sense, you're squeezing juice to extract the juices and tossing all the rest...containing tons of fiber, and more nutrients that can't be squeezed out. We are returning our bottles and won't be back. read more

I stop in here every time I am in Lexington. This is seriously one of my faves. I will admit, when I was first here, I thought the place was a bit awkward and it took me a few visits to warm up to. The juices are seriously top-notch quality; fresh, organic ingredients & extremely knowledgeable staff. If you're in, don't forget to use the Yelp coupon and save a bit of cash! Also, I highly recommend the shots! Triple shots always leave me feeling amazing!!! Only negatives are cost, lack of low carb/more veggie based options, and lack of customization (you cannot make a create-your-own order unfortunately). The lady who waited on me couldn't have been more kind and attentive. She was very knowledgable about all of the smoothies, juices and products offered. She did somewhat of a needs assessment, went through my favorite flavors as well as what I liked and didn't like superfood wise. For those looking to be a more avid shopper you can sign up for their juice club, not sure the official name. You pick 3 fresh pressed juices you wish to pick up weekly or you let them surprise you and you set your day to pick them up. It knocks 2 dollars off per bottle bringing it to $10 a bottle and they last for three days. I was pleasantly surprised to stumble onto a juice place in Lexington while road-tripping cross country from LA to Boston. I'd been eating very un-healthily, as you do on the road, and this was a terrific find. I really liked the Sweet Dream smoothie and was only a few miles away when I started wishing I'd bought two. I also got a Green Acres juice, which was a bit on the bitter side, and with the $1 bottle deposit, ended up being even more pricey than juice places usually are. Still, I drank it later in the day instead of yet another fast food stop, so I figure it saved me the cost (financial and calories) of that. If I was local, I'd definitely check out their cleanses and subscription plans, which seems to be what they're geared toward anyway. read more
