There were many aspects of the wedding that we did not consider during the planning process and Amy brought them to our attention and helped us determine how we wanted to handle them. Amy's timeline for the wedding day was invaluable and helped us keep everyone on schedule. She and her team handled all of the vendors, oversaw the venue setup, cut the cake for us, and handled the take down at the venue after the reception. She helped us get the entire wedding party to the church on time and directed the photographers to where they could find the various parties to take photos. Amy ran the rehearsal so that everyone knew what they were supposed to do and when, and on the wedding day, she did the same thing. As the MOB I did not have to worry about anything. Having a birthday party for a 90 year old, at the family ranch, in the middle of November, with over 100 guests ATTENDING, was such a daunting project. Tent, wooden tables, wooden chairs, wooden benches, all dinnerware and silverware, table linens, chargers, serving pieces, drink and coffee dispensers.....But Amy was there throughout the process. Offering suggestions, assistance, clarifications, and the assurance that it was going to be great. Delivery day went smoothly. One table that was delivered was found to have only 3 legs and the plates received were the wrong size. Our ranch is 30+ miles from Party Time and panic set in....only to be replaced with calm after the prompt delivery of the other leg and the correct plates by a special crew. Pick-up was smooth and uneventful, which was another blessing. Both crews were amazing and arrived at the time they were expected. The party was amazing and my father was so proud of the event and I received so many compliments about the set-up. Without Amy and Party Time, I could not have accomplished such a monumental project. The building sits well off of the main road, giving it a private feel. It is a relaxed venue surrounded by trees and facing a pond (with a fountain). Plenty of parking. They have a full kitchen, a bar area, two bathrooms (with a sufficient changing area for brides/bridesmaids), and sufficient round and rectangular tables to set the room up however you want. Steve Porter bent over backwards to make sure that everything was perfect for us. This is a great venue in a great location at a great price.
