This is an older anytime fitness, but not a bad one…read more Their cardio machines are brand new. And nice. All precor. Plenty of treadmills, two amt stride machines, some ellipticals and a couple bikes. They have a smaller CrossFit station which was nice, but a little tight if you had three folks there. But the gym? That's what needs some attention. I don't know for sure if when the rubber comes off the plates it's affects the weight of the weight itself. I assume it does, and for that assumption this place needs new plates. There are kits that have the rubber completely peeled away. The weights are mixed and matched, missing end caps on the dumbbells, and what I found strange is they didn't have a seated cable row machine. Not that it's bad but it's weird. They do have a hazard next to the dumbbells. Decent size sunk in portion that needs attention. If you are all jacked up on preworkout you'll roll an ankle. So be careful. You can get a great workout here don't get me wrong, just have a few small things to fix. And based on the new cardio equipment, they're on their way. Would workout here again next time im in town.

You'll trigger the infamous "Lunk Alarm," a shrieking siren reserved for people who commit the sin of actually working out. It's like being in a gym run by hall monitors who peaked in middle school. The equipment? Glorified coat racks. The staff? Half-asleep corporate clones who care more about wiping fingerprints off the smoothie machine that doesn't exist than basic hygiene. I've seen cleaner restrooms at gas stations that sell meth pipes. And don't get me started on the free pizza days. What? Who thought this was a good idea for a GYM? First of all, Donna, the owner and teacher was very welcoming on the phone. She totally got that I was in town for work for one night only and never put the sales pitch on me. She just wanted me to come and get the knots out of my back after a six hour drive. Her studio is stunning. From the stained concrete floors, to the gray blue walls that changed colors as the sun was going down to the amazing wood cathedral ceiling with gentle lights strung across the room, I felt ensconced in comfort. I saw the shelves fully stocked with yoga equipment. The music was soothing. The participants, who were clearly "regulars" went out of their way to greet me and made room for me. She made a quick announcement about an upcoming event where a master yogi was coming to town and encouraged the group not to miss this event. We started class. Her directions were clear, easy to follow and she moved from one part of the room so we all knew what we were doing next. One pose was totally out of my range because my hip flexors were so tight from the car ride. She came behind me and gently got me into the pose. It was awesome. I felt fierce and accomplished. The final resting pose was capped off when she placed a cool, clean stone on each person's forehead. I had never experienced that before and it was lovely! She's moving to a new place. I will definitely track her down. PS the class price was totally affordable and worth every penny!

The power vinyasa flow will push you and stretch you like a good yoga class should. It's challenging, but awesome! The center is a relaxing atmosphere and class instructors are always helpful with form and poses. They have a lot of class options too, whether you want a really difficult class (power vinyasa) or a more relaxed yoga experience (restorative, yoga spa) they have it all. You'll leave here feeling rejuvenated and relaxed!!
