No return call. 1 day shy of waiting 6 weeks I have to call again and both receptionists lie to me about what's taking so long since they were clueless. 6 weeks to the day the office manager informs me after contacting the outsourced lab my child's orthotics are indeed lost and have been lost since LAST MONTH. My child now has to wait for a new patient appointment at a different Podiatrist and for their turn around time for orthotics. I started this February 2022 and now my child won't have them until at least May 2022. This entire situation is unprofessional, clearly the office needs to be retrained and develop a better tracking system so their patients aren't bringing lost products to their attention.

Dr. Moore is an amazing chiropractor. I happen to be coming through town to see a friend of mine…read moreand mentioned to them I was having some issues. She recommended Dr. Moore. First and foremost just the fact he worked me in was a plus for me. Second, he nailed immediately my issue in my chest as being my ribs out. An issue that I had been given muscle relaxers for by my primary six months ago. Who knew your ribs were up in your chest. I left there and within an hour I felt better and it still feels great. He told me when I got back home to try to see a chiropractor that can manipulate ribs ( apparently not all chiropractor's manipulate ribs) and do so for a month and I should be good to go. So, for an issue that I have been having to treat with meds, ice and even X-rays , I feel was addressed better in a matter of five minutes. Added bonus of Dr. Moore is he is about the sweetest , compassionate male I have ever met. Truly a gentleman the entire visit. I have no doubt you will agree totally with everything I said if you choose him as your chiropractor. You won't be disappointed!
