I went with a traditional Thai massage, and it was exactly what I was hoping for: deep, intentional work with a lot of stretching. She even got up on the table to really lean in and get the pressure where it needed to be. No walking on my back, but honestly, she didn't need to--she got plenty of depth without it. The therapist was very friendly and professional. She took the time upfront to ask about my goals, any health issues, and specific areas of pain, which I always appreciate. She does have a fairly strong accent, so I had to focus a bit more at times, but her English is excellent and it didn't take away from the experience at all. I also want to note how professional she was on a personal level. She shared that she had recently gone through a significant loss, and despite that, she remained fully present, kind, and focused throughout the session. That level of dedication really stood out. The environment was spot on. The waiting area was calm and comfortable with a relaxing video playing, and the massage room itself was just right--soothing music, perfect lighting (not too bright, not too dark), and thankfully not overly perfumed. Pricing was actually lower than I expected, especially for the quality of the massage. Definitely felt like a good value. One note: if you like deep tissue work, this is your place. I specifically asked for deep pressure, and she delivered. It got intense at times--but in the best way. In my opinion, a truly therapeutic massage should hurt a little... the ends justify the means, and in this case, they absolutely did. I was planning to go back in two weeks, but honestly, she did such a good job I didn't feel like I needed to. I'm just now starting to feel due again, so I'll be booking another appointment soon. I've already recommended her to several colleagues and even a few of my own patients. I'll definitely be back.

There was little to no pressure throughout the session, and while I understand that massage oil is part of the experience, it honestly felt like more time was spent applying oil than actually working on my muscles. I left feeling like I hadn't received the relaxing massage I was expecting. The most disappointing part of my visit was the lack of privacy. While I was lying face up during the massage, covered only by a thin sheet, someone OPENED the treatment ROOM DOOR. Being in such a vulnerable position made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I would have expected better communication and procedures to ensure clients' privacy during their appointments. Overall, this was not the birthday experience I had hoped for. I left disappointed and feeling that my money could have been better spent elsewhere. Unfortunately, I won't be returning, and based on my experience, I can't recommend this spa to others.

I requested a 90 minute body massage. The full body massage is done with oil first, then hot stones. Afterwards, your face, head, arms and legs are massaged with lotion. The room was very comfortable with dim lighting and calming music. The massage table was heated! There was a chair for you to place your things. I called in a few days early to make sure they have availability. But, I believe they take walk-ins. I'm definitely going to visit regularly. I would highly recommend this to others. Not only is their pricing fair, they're also open late to accommodate different work schedules.

This is told to us AFTER we were done with our massages. This "mandatory 20% tip" is not written on any of the menus or signs in the establishment and it was not mentioned prior to our service. When we questioned her about the mandatory tip, she adamantly requested a 20% tip regardless. I have never been asked for a larger tip at any establishment before, unless a gratuity fee was explicitly written or mentioned. Fortunately, we called the manager, who resolved the situation. Nonetheless, I was extremely disappointed at this interaction and will not be returning to this place again.
