Plus researched and saw that top performers actually go to the chamber frequently. On a second experience, I took my dad because of his knee inflammation, he had localized cryotherapy on there for about 25 mins I believe and he loved it! He was scared of the "cold" but it wasn't actually cold, the nitrogen is supposed to help. He felt no pain. I then finally saved up enough to do cryoSlimming for myself and WOW! She does have a fairly strong accent, so I had to focus a bit more at times, but her English is excellent and it didn't take away from the experience at all. I also want to note how professional she was on a personal level. She shared that she had recently gone through a significant loss, and despite that, she remained fully present, kind, and focused throughout the session. That level of dedication really stood out. The environment was spot on. The waiting area was calm and comfortable with a relaxing video playing, and the massage room itself was just right--soothing music, perfect lighting (not too bright, not too dark), and thankfully not overly perfumed. Pricing was actually lower than I expected, especially for the quality of the massage. Definitely felt like a good value. One note: if you like deep tissue work, this is your place. I specifically asked for deep pressure, and she delivered. It got intense at times--but in the best way. In my opinion, a truly therapeutic massage should hurt a little... the ends justify the means, and in this case, they absolutely did.
