I requested a 90 minute body massage. The full body massage is done with oil first, then hot stones. Afterwards, your face, head, arms and legs are massaged with lotion. The room was very comfortable with dim lighting and calming music. The massage table was heated! There was a chair for you to place your things. I called in a few days early to make sure they have availability. But, I believe they take walk-ins. I'm definitely going to visit regularly. I would highly recommend this to others. However, my visit was immediately tainted when as we were handing her our tip, one of the workers said it was not enough and that there is a mandatory 20% tip. This is told to us AFTER we were done with our massages. This "mandatory 20% tip" is not written on any of the menus or signs in the establishment and it was not mentioned prior to our service. When we questioned her about the mandatory tip, she adamantly requested a 20% tip regardless. I have never been asked for a larger tip at any establishment before, unless a gratuity fee was explicitly written or mentioned. Fortunately, we called the manager, who resolved the situation. Nonetheless, I was extremely disappointed at this interaction and will not be returning to this place again.
