However, my visit was immediately tainted when as we were handing her our tip, one of the workers said it was not enough and that there is a mandatory 20% tip. This is told to us AFTER we were done with our massages. This "mandatory 20% tip" is not written on any of the menus or signs in the establishment and it was not mentioned prior to our service. When we questioned her about the mandatory tip, she adamantly requested a 20% tip regardless. I have never been asked for a larger tip at any establishment before, unless a gratuity fee was explicitly written or mentioned. Fortunately, we called the manager, who resolved the situation. Nonetheless, I was extremely disappointed at this interaction and will not be returning to this place again.

I requested a 90 minute body massage. The full body massage is done with oil first, then hot stones. Afterwards, your face, head, arms and legs are massaged with lotion. I can literally feel the changes occuring in the areas that have been long overdue for treatment. I carry a lot of stress and anxiety in my neck and shoulders. She even got up on the table to really lean in and get the pressure where it needed to be. No walking on my back, but honestly, she didn't need to--she got plenty of depth without it. The therapist was very friendly and professional. She took the time upfront to ask about my goals, any health issues, and specific areas of pain, which I always appreciate. She does have a fairly strong accent, so I had to focus a bit more at times, but her English is excellent and it didn't take away from the experience at all. I also want to note how professional she was on a personal level. She shared that she had recently gone through a significant loss, and despite that, she remained fully present, kind, and focused throughout the session. That level of dedication really stood out. The environment was spot on. The waiting area was calm and comfortable with a relaxing video playing, and the massage room itself was just right--soothing music, perfect lighting (not too bright, not too dark), and thankfully not overly perfumed. Pricing was actually lower than I expected, especially for the quality of the massage. Definitely felt like a good value. One note: if you like deep tissue work, this is your place. I specifically asked for deep pressure, and she delivered. It got intense at times--but in the best way. However, when we came in, we did not get greeted - like at all and it was unfortunate because there was two ladies at the front desk Yolanda and Amarie (Amarie was helping another customer and her service seem great. There were some add-on services that I had inquired about and that girl Yolanda pretty much told me she didn't know and never got back to me. Didn't ask if Manny the masseuse did not look into it for me it would've been a bust. He offered an alternative service as far as a foot mask. That was an even better option for us so we were pretty thankful for that, but if I had left it up to the other girl, it would've just been when it was . confusion and a whole bunch of nothing Yolanda was the girl that helped us again no greeting She kind of just waved us to the back, pointed at the robes ask us our shoe size and that was really it Once we were changed standing there awkwardly, she walked me into a room and left my mom in the hallway and then asked me.
