He then wanted to arrange times to view properties, again did not confirm, and a day later after trying to reach him he replied that he had a child care emergency (which is not a problem for us BUT the complete lack of transparency and follow through was frustrating; it felt as if we wasted a weeks worth of potential properties.) Even though we replied, he however never got back to us again. This is a very unprofessional approach to any client.
