The warm, comfortable atmosphere made me feel welcome and the open fire warmed the room nicely. The staff and locals made me feel welcome. I had a homemade burger with smoked cheese and a pint of Estrella. The burger was delicious, served with chips and salad. The salad wasn't the best, basically diced peppers and tomato, grated lettuce soaked in dressing. A simple side salad would have been better. The chips came already salted which was a real shame as they were too salty! The pint was as normal and I enjoyed the overall experience and I would go again, but I would definitely make sure the chips weren't salted! read more
