Maybe their flowers are beautiful, but I'll never know as they are incapable of responding to emails or messages on a variety of platforms. I reached out three weeks before a requested local delivery via email (I cannot call, as I am out of the country) and received no response. A week later, I reached out for a second time, and still received no response. I then attempted to send messages on both their IG and FB pages, and neither message was responded to. This is as they simultaneously spam my inbox with promotions (literally four times a week). Plenty of time to market to clients, yet no time to respond to them. I placed an order online but then yesterday I got emails from the business saying my order had been cancelled and a rebate was given. I didn't cancel the order. When I tried to call the number on their website it said the number I had dialed was not a valid number. read more

I am so incredibly happy with The White Dahlia! I planned a wedding within 4 months and Jessica and Janel were able to make our wedding beautiful. I wish I had better photos but they did boho style florals and made this beautiful arch out of dried palms. Not pictured are the centerpiece, bridal party table, seating chart, flower girl crown, ring bearer bout and corsage florals (I hope to edit my post when I get professional photos). She really did understand my vision to a T. We got so many compliments on all of her work! They allowed me to buy/rent my own vases which was really nice. And they were so easy to communicate with. Best of all, I think they quoted us fairly. When you plan a wedding there are a lot of predatory companies out there so I feel very fortunate to have found them. read more

Such pretty arrangement! My husband got me a floral arrangement from the white dahlia on Valentine's Day and it was so beautiful.
