Been twice & disappointed both times. My first visit, I got a French tip gel manicure over my natural nails. French tip turned ok, some were filed crooked to one side, and the painted tip was crooked as well, but not the worst. I could see the nail grow out from underneath the clear pink polish because the tips were painted to far down almost immediately. Within a couple weeks, the gel polish started chipping off and my nails would crack close to the nail bed. It would snag my hair in the shower and the cracks would hurt so I had to clip my nails down super short to where there wasn't a free edge anymore (stubs). I had to start picking off the lifted parts of the gel polish so it wouldn't snag things and eventually just took off all of the polish by hand. My real nails underneath the polish suffered greatly. I gave them a few weeks off, kept them short and natural. (Also received a pedicure this visit, which seemed okay but they started to chip as well and were slightly crooked too, but not as bad) My second visit, (different tech) because I had my short natural nails (stubs), I got acrylics for a little length with French tip gel polish. Not only do they not look like the simple French tip design photo I showed, you can see the nail tip growing out from the nail bed underneath because the tips are painted on too far down towards the end of my nails. I tried to say something about having that fixed but then he would've had to completely redo the polish and some of the clear acrylic because it wasn't noticeable until painting the clear topcoat. I just don't have the time nor can my nails withstand being drilled down again. It should have been done correctly the first time. Some of the painted tips have more of an arch on one side than the other, and the white line is messy on a lot of them. You can also see the dust that was left on and painted over underneath the gel polish. I did not get to pick out the pink/clear acrylic that went underneath the polish. My cuticles were drilled over and are extra sensitive on some fingers. I did not receive any nail soaking to push my cuticles back or an arm massage this time. I'm heavily disappointed because I've paid about $75 each time plus a 20% tip on top of driving 30 minutes one way. I've had to wait weeks in between having my nails done. They were heavily damaged from the first set cracking and lifting, requiring a lot of downtime to recover despite being a healthy length prior and almost never breaking. Im familiar with proper nail care. Normally mine are in great shape, all I do is maintain a reasonable length, use gel polish, and can go up to 4 weeks between (but usually aim for 3). But they have been pretty annihilated after these two visits, weeks apart. I don't feel confident in returning and feel both visits were a waste of time and money. read more

She never rushes and always pays so much attention to even the smallest details. I've never left disappointed with how my nails turned out and can easily go 3-4 weeks between fills. The salon itself has a modern and clean appearance and very welcoming atmosphere. I also appreciate how they respect appointment times. Mediocre at best.. and I had such high hopes Behind the ambiance are nail technicians who rush through the work and don't care about quality. I went in for a classic pedicure with regular polish and a gel manicure. The person who did my pedicure forgot to do the pumice scrub! I didn't notice until he was applying the polish. Nonetheless, it shouldn't be up to the client to point out a missed step. A different person did my manicure. They seemed upset at the fact that I pointed out one of the nails was a little crooked. When it was "fixed" they proceeded to file my nails all the way down! Absolutely NOT what I wanted and hate the way my nails look filed down. The polish seemed to be either a rush job or they just simply aren't that good. The gel polish is so far from my cuticles it looks like they've already grown out. So many edges on the sides of the finger were missed too. It had been 2 years since I treated myself to a mani/pedi, and thought of it as a Mother's Day gift to myself. Now I'm left with a bad gel polish job and heels that still needed a scrub. Unfortunately, it was not worth the wait. read more

I called a about four days in advance to set up an appointment at 3pm on a Saturday. When we arrived, we checked in, picked out our colors and were seated right away. I really liked that me and my guest were seated together so that we could talk to each other. Would highly recommend calling ahead because it was quite busy! There is a lot of seating. It's definitely the biggest nail salon I've been to! The decorations in the salon are very cute and give a Y2K vibe. The manicure itself was very quick and efficient. We actually got in and out within 30 minutes! I got a gel manicure with a design on the ring finger and it was $40 without tip, which is quite a reasonable price. They did a great job with the manicure, however they did not go over the edges of the nail to seal it. I showed a picture of the nail inspo I wanted, and I do feel like the checkered print looks a bit childish the way it was painted on. My nail tech hand painted the checkers on my ring finger, and I think it would have been a better idea for her to use tape to create straight lines or something similar. Still, the rest of the manicure was done well. Overall, I would recommend this nail salon for a quick and good quality manicure! read more

I used to hate going to nail salons because so many of them have no respect for people's time. They overbook, ignore appointment times, and leave clients waiting without communication. The reason I stayed loyal to this salon for about five years was because they used to be different. They used to be respectful, communicative, and dependable, which made this my go-to place and somewhere I actually felt comfortable returning to consistently. After today, that is completely over. Before coming in, I called and specifically asked if they were able to take me immediately for a pedicure. I was told yes. Based on that, I came in expecting they were ready for me or at the very least close to being ready. Instead, I checked in and sat there waiting for about 15 minutes with no update, no communication, and no effort from anyone to acknowledge the delay. I eventually had to stand up myself just to make it known that I was still sitting there waiting, and even after that, I was expected to wait another five minutes. What made the situation so much worse was the way the new manager handled it. She was rude, dismissive, and clearly irritated that I was standing there waiting and asking very reasonable questions about when I would actually be seen. Her attitude was completely unnecessary and incredibly unprofessional. Instead of handling the situation like someone in management should, she acted annoyed that I even expected communication after being told to come in right away. That is not customer service. My issue was never the fact that the salon was busy. Businesses get busy. The issue is that I called ahead and was told something that was clearly not true, and then when I arrived, nobody communicated honestly about the wait. On top of that, when I addressed it, the manager's response was defensive, snarky, and dismissive, as if I was the problem for reacting to the exact situation they created. If there was going to be a wait, that should have been clearly communicated before I wasted my time coming in. To make matters worse, any apology that was given felt completely forced and insincere, like it was only said to go through the motions rather than because she actually understood or cared about how badly the situation was handled. There was no accountability, no genuine effort to correct it, and no respect shown at all. I also asked for the owner Eric's contact information because I wanted to address the situation with someone above the manager. Instead, I was told they had to ask the manager, and her response was that my information would simply have to be passed along because he "doesn't come by." That only added to the frustration, because after being treated poorly, there was apparently no direct way to speak with the owner and no real sense that anyone would actually be held accountable. After five years as a loyal customer, this experience was honestly shocking. This salon used to feel like one of the few places I could count on for good service and professionalism, and that is exactly why this was so disappointing. It completely ruined the trust and comfort I had with this place. For someone in a management position to behave this way is unacceptable and reflects terribly on the business as a whole. Poor communication, poor management, poor customer service, and absolutely no accountability. After today, I will not be returning. read more

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly man who guided us to the colors we could choose from. At our appointment time, we were shown where to sit. Unfortunately, the color I initially chose wasn't available, but my technician, Henry, went above and beyond to show me different shades of the color I wanted. I've been to several nail salons and never had a technician go the extra mile like Henry did. After Henry finished my nails, my friend and I decided on a polish change for our toes. Even though we didn't have appointments for this, they managed to squeeze us in. I have come here a couple times. Love the Managers but didn't love my nails. They were a little thick and uneven and pushed back from my cuticles a little. I'm not too picky but I saw other clients with incredible designs and quality so maybe it was just the person I used. I went in there a second time just for nail removal and they did a great job on that. The ambiance is great everyone seems to be regulars and the front desk girls are super personable. Leslie was my nail tech and she was not thorough or detailed in her work. She applied my nails before ever filing, clipping, or prepping my nails, cuticles and nail beds. The acrylic was thick on some nails and thin on the others. The shape and sizes of each nail was different and either too long or too short. I asked for almond shaped and for them to be like the picture provided. When she was done however, mine were spilling over my cuticle and were very bulky. I called and asked for them to be adjusted and they said they could fix them. When I returned about an hour later the Manager brought me back to Leslie and had her try to fix them, but there were too many mistakes to simply just file or touch up. Honestly, I didn't feel comfortable having the same person that did a bad job attempt to fix them. So I just asked for the nails to be removed and she scoffed and laughed then began removing them. Mid way through this process, as my nails were soaking, she went on her phone to text for 15 minutes or so. It took about an hour to remove and I received no refund after paying $90. I wasn't even offered a partial refund for the trouble and the wasted time. The tech and the manager should have both practiced better business. I would not ever return to this location because of the managers poor judgement in sending me back to the same technician knowing how unhappy I was with her work. I recommend that others watch very carefully if Leslie is doing your nails and be sure to have her fix her mistakes along the way. Look at my picture of the nails I wanted, how mine turned out and the video showing the varying thickness of the nails. If Leslie was not snarky about her poor work and really cared about fixing them and doing well I would have rated higher. I've been going to this nail salon for years. Majority of time I have a great experience. However, when I arrived to the salon the usual manager was not at the front as he always is. He's very professional. Instead the nail tech Alanna was at the front assisting customers. My negative review is due to the rushing of customers from both Alanna and the nail techs. I told them various times I need a few minutes to assess my options. They disregarded what I said and approached me every minute pressuring me to sit down. I finally ignored them after approaching me 4 different times and rushing me. I was very close to walking out. Alanna unprofessionally said "I know I'm rushing you." The treatment was very stressful and unpleasant. This was never the experience from the usual manager up front. When customers approach the nail salon, it is expected to take time to pick out options and make it an enjoyable experience. Today reflected poor customer service. This nail salon is so cute!!! I had Jenny as my nail tech and she was so fast and gentle. She was such a perfectionist and I loved it!!! She asked questions and compared colors and made sure I was happy with each choice. They also went around offer drinks on a cute tray which was amazing because it didn't feel like I was inconveniencing anybody, and was super amazing to have! Everyone was super kind in the salon and it is very clean. The chairs are very comfortable. I am excited to go back. The gel manicure was $35 plus 7$ for the design which was not bad at all.
