You can taste the smoke when you bite into them. In fact, I still could savor the smokiness in my mouth after I was done eating, as well as still smell the smoke on my fingers. I wasn't expecting too much because there are so many taco trucks out there but these are legit. The service was friendly and quick. The food was authentic corn tacos as well as flour tortillas with amazing meats. We tried all the options chorizo, Al pastor (my fav), pollo and asada. All were flavorful and juicy. The hot sauces were flavorful and while I was told the green was mild, it definitely had a good kick. We also tried the super quesadilla for the kids to share but we ended up eating half, really delicious with a side of sour cream to dip.
