This is definitely a scam business they overcharge and basically lie about the Wigs where they originate And what they are made of. I made a purchase it was the first time I ever purchased a wig and the next day I went back to get some more information on how to care for it and wanted to know more information about a wig that was put in basically a box that said nothing in a little flyer they gave instructions on how to clean it I wanted more information. The owner became hostile to me and my friend we are both senior citizens over the age of 70 and were treated with disrespect. Buyer beware they charge double for their wigs and when I confronted them the next day after my purchase she went into a crazed bizarre behavior and even the manager of the buildings came over and he basically nodded his head like we know we have to deal with this person every day. Run as fast as you can there are so many more reputable businesses. read more

I purchased a wig at The Wig Cottage today and I have to say I am so impressed with the level of customer service and cleanliness of the shop. When I walked in for my appointment Geuzane had appropriate PPE on and disinfectant products visible. The cleanliness of the store meant a lot to me because I take care of my infant nephew on the weekends when his parents work. I am a returning customer and came here with a friend who was looking for a wig or topper. She found the perfect wig, exactly her color and a very cute style that made her look 10 yrs younger. She has had nothing but compliments and most don't even know it is a wig. She is thrilled! I chose my topper made of real hair so it could be colored. I wanted to change my hair color and brought in a picture for Geuzane to see the colors I wanted. The challenge for her was to color my topper and my hair similar to the picture. Well, she far exceeded my expectations. She colored the topper the EXACT same colors as the picture and then did my hair exactly the same. The match was perfect!! She is the best colorist I have ever had -- a true miracle worker! Geuzane also took her time to style it, which is included in the price of the topper or wig! I suffer from alopecia so I have been wearing a wig for about 10 years. I usually buy them at US Wigs but this time I decided to shop around the different wig shops in Las Vegas. I walked into this shop and told the girl that I was looking for a wig like the one I was wearing which is a ProWig made with 100% human hair. She looked at it, touched it and went to the back room to get some. She came out with a little cart with four or five wigs and told me they were different styles and lengths for me to try out. I touched the hair and noticed that they were not human hair so I asked. She said: "No, these are made with a very high quality synthetic hair." I told her that I had asked for something like the one I was wearing which is 100% human hair. She said that those on the cart were part human and part synthetic hair. I insisted that I wanted one like the one I was wearing. She looked at me a little confused and said: "We do carry those but they start at $1,000.00." I don't think she said it with ill intentions but I believe that ASSUMING that one can't afford something is just plain rude. My wife is currently receiving chemotherapy for non hodgkin's lymphoma. As a result of the chemotherapy, she has lost about 95% of her hair. We went to the Wig Cottage on a weekday afternoon around 2 pm. We were welcomed in and an employee showed her at least a dozen options. She explained the process and spent nearly an hour with my wife. She wanted to think about her options, so we made an appointment for the next morning. We came back the next morning, and she picked out a wig. The stylist then shaped it to her face and cut it. She also showed my wife how to care for the wig. It looks fantastic, strangers didn't even know it was synthetic hair. In my singular experience, The Wig Cottage couldn't have provided better customer service. When you are going through difficult times, it's nice to find compassionate people that help. The Wig Cottage certainly fit the bill. I cannot express what an amazing experience I had today at The Wig Cottage. I walked in expecting to just window shop because this is my first time shopping for a wig and I got royal treatment. I have been losing so much of my hair and I decided to try wigs. I had bought a cheapy one off amazon and just didn't feel confident going out in it without a hat. We stopped by the wig cottage for an appointment on Tuesday oct 1 to get some new hair pieces for a family member going through chemo and another family member looking to change up her look a bit. She was kind, patient and professional and made my family feel super comfortable in a situation she was very uneasy about.
