A few, not all, of the workers seem to act like we owe them something. Like it's too much for them to acknowledge you once you're ready to be rung out. I just have this better than thou vibe. Was traveling with my wife who absolutely loves thrifting in antique shops.So we decided to pop in. Inside is an array of collectible items that thrifters search lifetimes for. We secured a vintage beer , tapper and a stone fairy for our outside garden. All christ very reasonably. It took us about fifteen to twenty minutes to walk through everything. A relative referred my aunt to this store and did warn her that the mother/daughter owners were surly and obnoxious. Forewarned. Mother/daughter refused to take down any chandeliers, but brought out a tall step ladder for my 87 year old aunt to use. Wait, it gets worse. No box or wrapping paper for chandelier. No credit cards accepted. The daughter remarked that this is not a transportation company and place the chandelier on your lap and be careful to drive over railroad crossings gently. See you later.
