Attended a wedding here and i believe one of the workers/ staff stole my wedding gift envelope midday right after the ceremony. It was still daylight out. I set down the envelope next to my purse while taking a photo with my friends. I didn't see it when I came back. The only people who were near my purse and the gift was the waiters walking around collecting/clearing up drinks. Be very careful with cards and gifts at this location. So, I got married here. The accomodations were very, very nice. I actually bumped up my rating to 4 stars because the rooms are so nice. If you're getting married here, though, make sure you outline VERY CLEARLY what you want. The Wedding Coordinators there kept flip-flopping on us. We found out a couple days before the wedding that someone else would be handling our wedding. Which was fine - we didn't do anything complicated and all of our food/reception/ceremony stuff worked out great. But our wedding coordinator acted as though we were putting her out anytime we needed something or had a question. Not cool, lady. Not cool. My experience with this estab was one to remember.... NOT IN A GOOD WAY. 1.The "wedding coordinator", if that's what you want to call her was unpleasant and unprofessional. I can't even remember her name, bc she wasn't present. Asked her to get my 86 yr old g-ma a glass of water, needless to say we never received the water. 2. Apparently she added chairs to the ceremony, therefore we were charged extra for the "extra" chairs. I recall there being empty chairs in the crowd. 3. Take note we had a noon wedding on a Sunday. We paid for beer and wine. After the ceremony, the "coordinator" asked us if we wanted to pay now or after the reception for the extra alcohol that was consumed. The bar was opened before the ceremony even started. We gave her our cc right before we cut the cake. How romantic. 4. We brought in a very expensive iPod docking station. We found it in the kitchen. One of the staff members planned on stealing it. After all that and then some, I left the reception with an hour remaining, bc I was very disappointed. BEWARE! read more

The horror continues.... After I was assured on two occasions that the charges Robegate 2015 were actually not done, low and behold they actually were to the tune of $173. Yes, ***$173*** for two robes that THEIR STAFF took out of our room. To add insult to injury these glorious people tied up over $1400 from our checking account for nearly a week! They ran the first room charge of $589 for the room we thought we booked, then when we moved the first time instead of just refunding the difference they ran another $450 and then when the rate was adjusted on Saturday morning for all the hassle they ran another $289 PLUS the additional $173 for the robes. The money was held out of our checking account for FIVE full days while the credits were reversed and to this day the charge for the $173 is still pending. After all this I have called and asked for our entire stay to be refunded and filed a BBB complaint for bad business practices. The WWI response? Check your bank statements, everything is fine on our end. No offers to make this right have come. Thank God for overdraft protection because had this put us in a hole I can assure you they would have done nothing about it. Be warned. read more

My friend was getting married here and i was in his wedding party. The front desk was nice enough to give us a room for him to get ready in. We were able to check out the rooms and they were very luxurious and comfortable. They have a vintage comfort to them as a lot of the furniture is actually made during the days when furniture was made with wood and not sawdust. As for the wedding venue its very nice back there. The landscaping in the back where the ceremony was held made it feel very serene. The food was pretty good. They had a variety of different Hors d'oeuvres. read more

I stayed at the Wild wood Inn as it was the venue for my niece's wedding. Beautiful setting and my room was very nice. The first night I arrived about 1030pm and went to my room and I has all sweaty and my flight was late due to weather. The front desk clerk advised me the pool was about to close. I tried to fill the tub with hot water but there was a problem with getting hot water. The first night was not that nice. The next day they did get it fixed and I did get hot water by late afternoon. I asked several times to speak to the GM and was told the GM was not on site. I find that hard to believe when the wedding had the hotel sold out with the group, I asked 3x for the GM to speak or call me and they never did. I would expect compensation for the first night and I've had no reply. while the accommodations are ok... room was nice they don't make it right when something goings wrong when the hot water goes out of service. read more

HOWEVER: I was extremely disappointed when my new sister in laws room flooded and two of the bath tubs were broken, my mothers and mine. I attended a wedding at the Wildwood Inn in Denton, TX and stayed in a room for the night. On Monday I see a charge of 3.25 debited from my checkin account. When I called to inquiry about the charge. Katie informed me that a Fiji water was taken. I told her that when I checked into the room there we too bottles of Fiji waters and when I checked out and closed the door behind me there were two. Although it was only 3.25, its. the principal of the thing. She refused to credit my account back and basically didn't actually call me a liar, but defended the charge which translated to me I'm a liar. I told her if I did take the water would I really call to dispute the charge. Yeah you bet I cussed her out. I don't appreciate being screwed over for as little as 3.25 when I know I am right. Even if I'm ever invited to another event, Ill never attend a place that screws me over. read more

The outside venue is nice. One problem, the nice outside are is surrounded by residential area so when the wedding starts you may hear people working in their lawn in the back ground. We had lawnmowers and weeded eaters going when I was at my sisters wedding. There is no real dance floor to speak of but they tried to make the outside porch into a dance area and I give them an A for effort, but it fell short. The hors d'oeuvres were frozen and cooked or refrigerated and fried. It's what you can get from SAMs. It was pretty flavorless. The staff was very nice and they tried to accommodate the wedding party where they could. Overall I would give this venue an average rating not bad, but for the money I expected more. This is a very cozy inn...I don't think there is anything else like it in Denton. We have stayed here twice now for our wedding anniversary. The first time we stayed in room 1. Great room, but I could hear walking/creaking upstairs all night long and I got no sleep (I'm a light sleeper, though, and my husband had no trouble). The next night was fine since no one was staying upstairs that night. I did mention it and they offered to move me, but I declined since no one was upstairs that night. This year we stayed upstairs in room 13, which was a wonderful suite. The wrap around fireplace was wonderful (by the way, the switch for turning on this gas fireplace is on the wall next to the TV). The king bed was very comfortable. It felt very private. In both rooms, there was a very large whirlpool tub. I love their bathrooms. Elegant and cozy at the same time. Our room had a TV that had built in DVD player. They offer a selection of DVDs in the living room downstairs. I love this idea, but the DVD didn't actually play very well in the player. I happened to have my laptop with me, and the DVD worked fine in the laptop, so it's a problem with the DVD player. During the week, they serve a continental breakfast, which includes things like fruit, yogurt, oatmeal (hot water provided to stir into instant oatmeal), cereal, whole wheat toast, bagels, English muffins, some pastries, jam/butter/peanut butter, and juices, water, coffee, and a very nice selection of tea (with things like honey, various types of sugars, milk, cream). My only complaint here was that the red apples were old/beaten up and shouldn't have been put out. We had a hot breakfast Saturday morning, which was okay. Scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns are served on heated buffet trays. There was also some cut up fruit (pineapple, honeydew, and cantalope) and breads for toasting. We had dinner both nights of our stay. Make reservations ahead of time--I'm not sure they are always open for dinner (when I inquired about dinner, she had to make sure they were open for dinner those nights). Dinner is delicious, so do stay for dinner. Unfortunately, an oven component was missing so we could not try their samosas (?), but one night we had fish and the next we had steak. Both excellent. The appetizer rice paper wrap of microgreens and citrus is not to be missed if that is a choice. I didn't notice the beer selction, but the wine list is adequate for the size of the inn (we enjoyed both our white and red wine selections). I do not think there is a bar--just wine and beer. They do offer packages: I ordered the romantic night package that comes with champagne, chocolate dipped strawberries, and flowers. The red roses we got were just beautiful and the strawberries were wonderful. The champagne selection was...fine and certainly quite fun. They do have a pool, but as we always go in December, we haven't tried that out. It looks very nice, however. To sum up: this is a great location for a secluded romantic get away. So far our stay has been very nice. They brought flowers to the room before we got here at my request. The room is small but in a nice, cozy way. The tub is nice. It's just slightly off the freeway so it's easy to get to but as I sit on the balcony it feels removed enough. I read that the Sunday brunch is fantastic but Saturday is just a small buffet (eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy and fruit). I posted this elsewhere, but I wanted to post it here too. Our wedding couldn't have been better, and it was all thanks to the awesome folks at Wildwood Inn. If you're thinking about having your wedding here, do it -- it was worth every penny (and make sure you work with Kristen -- the best venue coordinator in the land)! I've read some of the negative reviews, and they honestly surprised me -- our experience was amazing (and I don't think we were an exception). My wife and I were married there June 11th, and we decided to rent out all the rooms. The rooms were incredible (particularly the groom's suite), and each room was unique. We had so much fun having the run of the place for the weekend (if you can afford it, I HIGHLY recommend you do this)! We NEVER had a problem with any of the staff -- they were all very helpful and nice. We had a 1.5 year engagement, which gave us lots of time to plan. Wildwood Inn, and Kristen in particular, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They kept close contact with us, were VERY responsive, and always did their best to accommodate our needs (even when we were a little needy). I would be remiss if I didn't mention Amanda -- she helped coordinate everything up to about a month before the wedding, and she was always incredibly responsive and helpful. I don't think we could have done this without Kristen and Amanda, honestly. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, we had to make a few changes, but the staff (and Kristen in especially) helped us (kindly, I might add) get exactly what we were looking for. I know we were needy -- I know we were probably a pain in the ass. But they were understanding of our stress, kind in their words, and helpful in their actions. They made what could have been a really crappy situation into a smooth ride. There was a little mix up with the chairs (some new, nicer chairs had come in, but there was an issue finding storage at this cozy little venue), but Kristen was able to conjure up some storage and get us the chairs my wife had her heart set on (and we can't give her enough credit for that -- Kristen is like a magician of wedding coordination)! We also needed to change a few other things that we had decided almost a year previous, but they accommodated those changes as well. Finally, and this was the big one, we had a little flower girl meltdown right before the ceremony. Everyone was FREAKING out -- she was sobbing uncontrollably, and no one could console her. It really was looking bad, like the ceremony was going to be delayed or ruined. Then in steps Kristen. I swear, this woman is the child whisperer. Kristen swept up the flower girl, who INSTANTLY stopped crying (after easily an hour of her whole family trying to calm her down). It was like magic. The flower girl was shy through the whole ceremony (and had to stay close to mom, the matron of honor), BUT she didn't cry for the rest of the ceremony (and truly, she was screaming bloody murder before Kristen stepped in). Kristen really saved the day -- she should get a raise just for that bit alone! But even after all that drama, she stuck with us throughout the entire wedding (3 hours) and made sure everything went smoothly. The wedding was gorgeous (some of our guests told us it was the most fun they'd EVER had at a wedding), the venue was incredible, the rooms were incredible, the staff was incredible... I just can't say enough good things about this place. Book your wedding here -- do it now before someone else does. It was the fairytale wedding my wife dreamed of! This review is only for the Inn as a wedding venue. We did not stay in the guest rooms so have no comment on them. We attended an evening wedding and found the venue disorganized and unfriendly. On the good news side, the bride and groom were very happy. But it was unpleasant as a guest. Our first problem is we arrived too early as traffic from Dallas was not that bad. We asked if there was some where we could sit and buy a glass of wine to wait and were not only rebuffed but simply told, "no." There was no offer of making us comfortable in fact they seemed annoyed. So we left and came back. The wedding was held on a back patio. Beware the stones are uneven and was rather treacherous for anyone in high heels. Even the minister joked how difficult it was to safely get down the aisle. It was 95 degrees and there were no fans or misters and no water available. You just had to sit in the heat. The room was not large enough to accommodate everyone so some tables were set up in the heat on the patio. Again no misters. The inside tables marked "reserved" for family had such small signs that people ended up sitting at those tables leaving the majority of the family outside. We decided to forgo dinner and stand against the wall listening to toasts. We were told by the wedding coordinator that we could not do that as we would end up in the way and in the wedding pictures so she told us to leave the room immediately. So we did as instructed and left. We stood outside in a hall way trying to listen. There was also totally insufficient parking requiring some family members to walk a mile to get there in the heat. The wedding coordinator had a frown on her face the majority of the time and chewed on her hair. She was clearly over her head. The venue really did the young bride a disservice by allowing her to book a wedding that was too large for the space and having staff, particularly the coordinator, that made people feel unwelcome. i have been to countless weddings and this was the most poorly managed by professional staff. read more

I contacted wildwood inn Saturday June 6th for two rooms. I have been moving out of my home four days straight we were not sore and tired. I was told there were three rooms available, I asked for the room rates of the three rooms. I told the girl there were three adults and one child, that I needed a room with two beds, and I needed a room with just one bed. I was told three people were not allowed in one room and that all of their rooms only had king size beds. I asked for the rates of the rooms that were available, I WAS TOLD... We have three room available, one room was 149.00, ome for 99.00 and the "superior room" 225.00. The Superior Room had a whirl pool, I said all I don't need a whirlpool I need a shower and a bed!!! I told the girl I wanted the one room for 149.00 and I wanted the 99.00 room. I was put on hold and another lady came on the line and I TOLD her once again that I wanted the room for 149.00 and the 99.00 room, she said fine and took my reservation. I was told there was a wedding going on that the parking would be at the end of the lot. I gave the lady my email and was advised my confirmation would be emailed to me. When we arrived, there was not one parking space to be found, I went into the hotel and advised them that there were no available parking spots they said they would move a car so we could park. When I finally checked in I confirmed with the girl the room rates she told me 149.00 and 99.00, I gave her my card and we went to our rooms. Upon checking my bank account I was charged 168.00 and 225.00. I contacted them and I was told you were given a receipt and that I was emailed the confirmation. I advised her that I never received an email from them or a receipt she asked me for my email address, then she said "oh we have the wrong email for you". Needless to say they will not return the difference. This hotel is a ripoff!!! read more

Was here for wedding from Chicago. Very pretty bed and breakfast. Very quiet which was nice and room was spacious and clean. Bathtub tile was a little outdated. Pooll was ice cold and full of leaves, hot tub was just as cold and dirty. Stayed for 3 nights. One ocassion our room was not cleaned or restocked with towels so we had to hunt someone down to replenish. Chairs at reception were wet from rain and staff gave us a laundry basket with rags to wipe chairs off. I think the staff should have wiped off chairs not the guests. Beware if you even think about bringing your own booze, they only allow you to drink wine or beer which they supply. So dont even think of getting caught with champagne or hard liquor. read more

This is a lovely hidden gem in Denton County and a perfect place for a quick getaway! My husband surprised me by making reservations here the night before Valentine's Day. I've lived in Denton county for almost 5 years and had NO idea this place existed! It has lovely vintage furniture throughout, though not too feminine. Most B&B's that I have visited are just covered in rose patterns and feminine touches, making my husband feel slightly less manly. This place is not the case. The patterns for the linens are pretty, without a bouquet of flowers in your face. Everything is very elegant, with a hint of modern luxury. The room we stayed in had a Jacuzzi tub for two, with a wrap around fireplace. It was lovely and the Jacuzzi tub hit the spot! The only complaint I have is that the tub was so loud, my husband and I couldn't really talk over it without yelling. The king size bed was nice, but it was pretty hard compared to what we normally sleep on. My husband said he didn't sleep well at all. I was fine, but the bed could definitely be softer. I would definitely come back and stay longer. read more

Continuation of Terri D review. After agreeing to the reduced rate my husband and I went out for a few hours and upon returning room 12 was still being "cleaned". We waited in room seven until they were finished and upon entering 12 I noticed that our room robes, which I had folded neatly on the chair, were gone and the drinking glasses had not been replaced. No big deal, oversight, it happens. Rather than making a stink we ran down to room seven and grabbed the glasses and robes from that room. My husband advised Tori at the front desk what had happened and she said it was no problem. The second night was completely uneventful and we were happy when we left, all is well, it's all about compromise, right?!? Everyone wins! NOPE. A few hours after we returned home today, the lovely Kristen called and left a message on my husbands phone that they could not find the robes from room 12 and if they could not be located by tomorrow they would be charging our card the next day. My husband immediately called and shared what I noted above with the lovely Kristen to which she said she would have to get with the supervisor and "investigate" and call us back. NOPE. I called back immediately after my husband shared this and was told that Kristen was unavailable. I sorta lost my mind at this point and yelled at the poor girl who has answered the phone and told her that I was done talking with Kristen, we didn't have their robes and I wanted a return call from whoever Kristen reported to. I did apologize to this young lady because I felt like a jerk and it wasn't her fault and shockingly she told me that she was sorry that she had heard about everything that had happened and wished there was something she could do to make it better. Nice sentiment and I appreciated it tremendously. 30 minutes later the lovely Kristen called even though I specifically said I did not want to speak with her. She called to say that they had reversed the charges for the robes from our card even though the robes were not located. Whoa whoa whoa. You already charged us? The message said you were doing this tomorrow? Yup that's right, charged us for robes that I folded and left on their chair and they somehow did not inventory after we specifically told them they were missing. Suffice it to say that the rest of this conversation with the lovely Kristen did NOT go well. I am not an angry person, but never have I been more irritated than talking with this individual. The most interesting part of this entire encounter was that the day prior when Kristen did apologize FINALLY after everything that had happened she made a comment that she needed to work on her staffs customer service skills that unfortunately it wasn't something you could teach. I shared with her that yes you could, But now I realize that maybe in some cases you cannot, especially if the one trying to be the teacher needs to instead be in the class. Again, the facility is beautiful and I am devastated that our weekend was so horrid. Ultimately we ended up spending close to $300 to run back and forth between rooms. I truly would have been fine if we would have left today and not had the whole "Robegate 2015" happen but when you rub salt in an already open wound it hurts and this one stung BADLY. read more

Had my wedding here this past September 21st, and it was amazing! The place is beautiful all around, we hardly needed to decorate. It's absolutely perfect for medium to small weddings. The staff was so wonderful! So friendly and accommodating! They worked with us the entire process to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. The coordinator (Bailey) provided by the Wildwood was heaven sent! She was truly wonderful from start to finish. Especially the day of the wedding. She really went above and beyond. We had a very large wedding party ( 20 people) and it got a bit chaotic at times, but she kept everything going and in order. This place is nice don't get me wrong, my wife loved it. It has a unique swimming pool and a great setting! However, I didn't appreciate the persons or person attending our room when we were away for the day. They turned my AC up from what I had it set on and when we cam back to the room we got a nice burst of hot air in our faces when we opened the door. I was furious!!!! The Wildwood Inn was our perfect wedding venue. We had visited several wedding venues throughout the D/FW area and decided on this beautiful boutique hotel. We wanted an outdoor wedding; but wanted the option of moving it indoors if there was bad weather. The garden in the back of the hotel is full of trees with a stone walkway down to the pergola. After the wedding ceremony, we had our reception inside the gorgeous French-motif banquet room. The home-style buffet was prepared by the hotel chef and was exceptionally delicious. As an added bonus, we reserved a few rooms at the hotel for our family; which they all loved. We want to extend a sincere thanks to our venue coordinator, Bailey, and the Wildwood Inn staff. They made sure that our wedding was a memorable event. Our guests have told us that the venue and ceremony was one of the best ones that they had ever seen! We hosted our daughter's wedding at Wildwood on Labor Day weekend. The pre-planning was fine, but given that this is a fairly popular wedding venue, "tips, things to avoid, best practices," etc. would have been appreciated. There was none of that. A great disappointment and frustration was how they charge for alcohol. It is a flat rate per guest - regardless of how many guests drink. 2/3 of our guest list were non-drinkers, but we still had to pay the per person charge for every single one. I complained about this as a business practice - but they wouldn't budge. The day of the wedding was unsatisfactory once we got to the venue. Thank God we hired our favorite caterers, Two Sisters Catering, who are pros. It was 100 degrees and the venue had to have been at least in the high 80s or low 90s INSIDE. Wildwood staff on several occasions were rude to our guests (see Elonide's review here). They were unprofessional and unable to make our guests feel welcome and "at home." There was no sound system and the speakers (if they existed at all) didn't work outside on the patio. It is way over-priced for what you get, the lack of accommodation and lack of professionalism. It's been a month since our wedding and I've had time to reflect on what exactly I want to say for this review. Yes, this venue is beautiful. Our average wedding guest told us how perfect and pretty it was for the ceremony and reception. They let me decorate the outside how I choose and the rooms were perfect for our bridal party to stay in for the night. Besides that I would be VERY careful when selecting this place as your wedding venue. The staff does NOT communicate truthfully and lack the ability to communicate when they email/phone call. Problems: (not complete list... just red flags for future brides to make a check of) 1. We had problems with room reservations for the night of our wedding, they rented out 1 of the rooms (however we never saw the girl who rented it). 2. After speaking to the owner we got the chair upgrade. However we had 150 people attending the wedding and they only had about 110 of the gold chairs set up while guests were being seated and LAST MINUTE the staff was bringing out the metal folding chairs. So we had half metal chairs half gold chairs and people standing. 3. The food tasting was awful, which should have been a red flag because the food at the wedding was just as awful. (Our menu was shrimp, chips, queso, and beef wellingtons. Not hard you would think) 4. Rehearsals for this venue are "normally" scheduled for 2:30 on Friday (if you have a saturday wedding) Check your contract before you sign if this is a problem for you. We had ours moved to 6 after going to the owner and fighting with Kendra. 5. The rocks out by the ceremony area were covered in mud from a recent rain. We were told they would be filled in with sand and washed. NO. I stood in my wedding dress on a muddy rock. 6. BIG BIG BIG BIG BIG BIG BIG problem. The week of the wedding you will be sent an "invoice" on letterhead stating where you stand with them financially not including anything you add at your details meeting and your bar tab. We were told through this "invoice" that we had a $900 credit. Thinking this was very wrong I called and Kendra (property manager) confirmed that yes we had a $900 credit and she recommended that we put it all towards the bar, which we did. AFTER our wedding ceremony our event coordinator came to me and said that after our cake stand addition we still had $8XX left to put towards the bar, asked if we wanted to just go for it and spend it all, which of course we did. AFTER the wedding is all over and guests are leaving our event coordinator decides to tell us that we didnt really have this $8XX credit, and that their invoice miscalculated and we owe $8XX. We were told multiple times by multiple staff, lead to believe we had a credit throughout our entire wedding, and have an invoice on letterhead showing this "miscalculation." That is too much money to just "uh oh" on. Brides, yes it is beautiful. The staff is AWFUL and rude. We had a lot of problems that were behind the scenes. If you are up for whatever then go for it. However I would take a voice recorder if you are going to trust anything this staff says. Please keep in mind that we did speak with the owner, he attempted to right the wrongs. But a $8XX miscalculation was never fixed and this past week my mother in law was charged another random $50 that we can't figure out. read more

It was a wonderful stay overall. One of the items listed as available in room was Figi water There were not any beverages of any sort in room After checking out I failing to receive receipt i requested that one be sent via email and received promptly, I called later and left message on voice mail this was a Sunday On Monday i called twice and was told " manager" working on it. Just check your room and ask what should be in there. Nice getaway in beautifully restored residence 07/27/18 rec'd credit for erroneous charge. All is well read more

We had our wedding here in 2009. Between the time we booked it and the next time we went back for tastings and things (about a year) they had put in the stone area for ceremonies. The back space is gorgeous with the stone, the wood pergola, trees and was exactly what I pictured for my outdoor wedding. The staff was wonderful, the food and wine were delicious and the rooms were really nice. My family stayed in a half dozen rooms before the wedding and they all loved it. We also used room 5 for the morning prep for myself and the girls and it was amazing. Honestly, I wouldn't change anything about this place as an inn or wedding venue! read more

The staff at The Wildwood Inn were incredible. Courtney was our wedding coordinator and handled every detail before we could even think of it. The day went off without a hitch. I would highly recommend The Wildwood Inn in Denton to any anxious bride. They really take all of the worry out of planning and just let you enjoy your day. read more

My husband and I were married at Wildwood Inn this past November. I can't say enough about how great everything went from our wedding coordinator Jessica, to the beautiful guest rooms, and wonderful food at our reception. Everything went so smoothly and the staff at Wildwood was awesome. I'm so glad I chose to have my special day here, and I would recommend it to anyone! All of the rooms are gorgeous, but Room 5 is where we stayed, beautiful canopy bed, and huge bathroom with whirlpool tub! read more

Wildwood Inn allowed me the opportunity to have a beautiful outdoor ceremony and an indoor/outdoor reception. The staff was friendly and there for me at all times. The food was delicious and at a reasonable price. I could not have picked a better placed to have my wedding. We also stayed there the same night of the wedding. Beautiful rooms! read more

Make VERY VERY sure before you sign a contract...after I signed a contract & put $1500 down, I needed to cancel my wedding date date (postpone it actually). The original date was for the end of Oct & I cancelled it in May. I needed to move it to the spring due to unforeseen circumstances. I spoke to the manager, Kendra, & she is keeping my deposit & not allowing me to put it towards a future wedding. I was devastated enough that I had to cancel the wedding, now it's even worse that Wildwood has taken my money & won't even use it for a future wedding. They made easy money by me, but in my opinion, this is terrible business. I find it very hard to believe that a weekend wedding date in Oct won't get booked! That was their explanation for no refund... read more
