I also appreciate that I can plan ahead to meet the designated staff member who is scheduled to pick up my child (since pick-up staff may vary). Communication is excellent, you can text the driver and even the owner directly with any questions or requests, and they respond quickly. As a parent who once spent hours searching for a trustworthy transportation service for my 4-year-old, I can honestly say this program stands out for its professionalism, safety, and genuine care. It's such a relief to know my child is in good hands until I can get there. If you've had a negative experience with this school in the past, I encourage you to give it another chance. Leadership was particularly concerning. While interactions could appear polite on the surface, the follow-through told a very different story. Decisions felt inconsistent and unfair, making it hard to trust the administration at all. The front office experience made things even worse. Shannon, who is often the first point of contact, was repeatedly rude and unprofessional in my interactions. The tone was unwelcoming and dismissive, which sets a terrible example for both families and students. First impressions matter, and in this case, they reflected a much deeper problem within the school culture. To be fair, not every staff member reflects this environment--Mrs. Quilcy stands out as kind, patient, and genuinely supportive of students. She deserves recognition for the way she treats families.
