One person in management that I really like and treats the servers amazing is Alicia she treats us so good and also manages and on top of all that she cooks in the kitchen she has a lot on her plate and still can handle all that's thrown her way. Here are some screenshots of the way I was treated by Catrina. She also had a private conversation with me and manipulated me into staying because the company is so desperate. The residents also see the business falling apart very quickly. If you look in the one screenshot she told me I can't discuss my wage with my coworkers and that's against the law and Catrina continues to argue with us about it. Please know that no facility is perfect, but I would highly recommend this facility. It has an excellent small town feel. The facility itself is conducive to people going through dementia (i.e. secure doors and a design that allows for safe walking anytime day or night). They also try their best (with lots of patience) to treat the residents with respect and dignity. I loved the movie nights or the occasional ice cream cake provided by the director of the facility. I have also recently been impressed on how much the staff cares. As my mom was starting to pass away, the staff's overwhelming empathy and care for my mom was unbelievable. Again I can't thank the staff enough on how they took care of my mom and truly cared for her. I would recommend this facility to anyone with parents or loved ones that need assistance.
