I was told the hours and yes on samples and if they didn't have customer samples, I could borrow the store sample as long as I returned them. I asked the lady what exit I needed off I85 (to go to the Norcross store and she told me. My wife and I proceeded to drive 25+/- miles (about an hour drive) to the store, to Find a Sign on the Front Door that stated: If Locked, come to Back Door, when we arrived at the back door, another sign said if Locked, call 678-471-5501 which I did. A lady answered as she was driving back from Florida and informed me that was a warehouse, not a place for customers to visit. Be careful, don't waste your time driving miles and miles and spending hours in Atlanta traffic to attempt to buy Carpet, LVT & LVP from a company that advertises multiple locations but has only one location. There are way toooooooooooooooooo many flooring companies in metro Atlanta for this crap. Finding a carpet company in Atlanta is as easy as finding a Waffle House, except Waffle House is open to customers and not employees are rude on the phone.

AND they were rude. would NEVER choose this company to install anything.

I am posting this negative online review of State Farm Insurance for a property damage claim that…read morewas GROSSLY MISHANDLED by State Farm. I believe the public should know about my experience with State Farm, its claim's department, claim's adjusters, agent, and remediation company. I am cautioning the public about doing business with State Farm. My mother's State Farm Agent is the located at 4330 S. Lee Street, Suite 300B, Buford, GA 30518. My mother recently experienced a water damage loss at her home and her insurer, State Farm, was contacted to take action as water had soaked most of the indoor carpeting. My mother is 97 years old, home bound, and long-time State Farm customer. She had to walk on wet carpeting for days and was exposed to putrid odors and potential exposure to mold. It is important to point out that this is only the 2nd claim made by her after having made premium payments to State Farm for 31 years! I believe the public needs to know how poorly State Farm handled the claim: That State Farm delayed in returning my many phone calls over several days at the outset of reporting the loss. That State Farm kept passing me around to different departments and agents, apparently unable to handle or process the loss. That State Farm's own remediation company failed to return its calls to take action at my mother's house. This is a remediation company selected by State Farm to act on its behalf for its customers. That the initial State Farm adjuster had an extremely bad attitude, and in fact, HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME, which is an outrageous display of lack of customer service and moreover, disrespectful conduct exhibited by a State Farm employee. The assignment of a new adjuster unreasonably delayed State Farm's processing the claim and taking action. That State Farm failed to provide my contact phone number to their remediation company, which delayed remediation services by several days (I had provided a specific cell phone number to the State Farm agent and to the claims office). Evidently, State Farm and/or the State Farm Agent failed to forward the correct contact number to the remediation company. Another blunder by State Farm. That State Farm's failure to dispatch the remediation company in a timely manner caused further damages to my mother's property and potentially harmed her health. That the remediation company billed an exorbitant fee for emergency services when, in fact, I had requested remediation services through State Farm several days prior, to no avail. State Farm failed to act promptly. Another blunder by State Farm and erroneous over-billing by the remediation company (the fee was ultimately removed after I complained, without any help being offered by State Farm to assist). Last but not least, State Farm incorrectly (or intentionally) posted the reported claim in their computer system several days after I had contacted the State Farm agent regarding the loss and the urgency to dispatch a remediation company. I am of the opinion that this act was intentional so that State Farm could "cover its tracks" in failing to act promptly on the earlier date the claim was reported by me to the State Farm agent.
