As I looked around my 23-year-old home, I realized that most of my "Builder Grade" windows either didn't lift easily, didn't stay up, or were a fire safety hazard. I'm not in the position to have all my windows replaced right now, so repair was my only option. I was fortunate to find H&W Window Service who was able to make an emergency visit to repair one window and later came back to fix and fine-tune every window in my house...all while being incredibly affordable ($75 visit fee and $55 - $65 / window).
