I found BFARR on the GAF web site as one of their Certified Contractors with GAF Master Elite status, and President's Club Awards. I called BFARR and they responded immediately. Brian Douek was on time, professional, and really knew his stuff. He took pictures via drone and took a look in the attic. It was refreshing to find someone so thorough. And, he made it clear that he really wanted our business. Our two story home has many peaks and angles. We thought the job would take at least a week and were preparing ourselves for the noise and intrusion. The job only took two days! What a relief! Before we knew it, the gutters, gutter guards, and downspouts were done, too. After the install we had a few questions and Brian was here immediately to answer them. He asked a few specific questions about the door to see if it was possible to do the install. Once it was determined it could be done, he sent me a link to the glass insert manufacturer he uses to make my choice. I contacted Chuck a couple of days later with my choice. He texted me the price of the door and his installation fee. He was able to set up an appointment the next morning for the install. He arrived on time, was polite and got right to work.
