What a bust but not surprised. Unimpressive, disappointing, shady. I did not choose this shop, nor would I. I had no choice but to go here per the dealer I bought my car from. I brought it first thing on a Tuesday morning, I was told I would be given a call by noon the next day for a status update ... no call. I ended up calling them the following day Thursday at noon as I still heard nothing and I was told my car would be ready by end of day. So this place had my car for 3 entire days and I still do not even know what repair work they even did. I was denied an invoice/breakdown of the "work" done as it was being taken care of by the dealer as a supposed courtesy, but clearly I can see it was just control. The estimate of needed work/repairs I received from my trusted shop was blatantly bypassed as there was little to no improvement from the 3 whole days they held my car. But again, none of this is surprising as it was strategically handled by the dealer, Authority Auto, to their benefit. Needless to say, I am now certainly second-guessing the 5-star review I gave them after buying the car. read more

I paid $800 for 2 cars and the quality was not worth the money. Not sure what chemical they used to clean my windsheild but after 3 months the streaks are still there and will not go away after even a few car washes. There were still parts of the interior that were poorly done such as the center console had a waxy residue, The outsides of the car were okay however I noticed that their were parts if the interior that werent fully cleaned because their were crumbs and dirt still in the door panel crevices. The brothers brought my 12 year old car back to show-room new condition. My car had serious oxidation on the surface - little black dots that covered the car. I have been taking my 2016 Silver Mazda 3 here for detailing once a year since it was one year old. It is now nine years old and looks like it did when I picked it up from the dealer. Just picked my Subaru Outback up after a full interior, exterior, engine bay detail, and headlight restoration. I am shocked at how great it looks. I am not a California resident. I live in Montana and this Outback spends its time getting completely filthy on unpaved mountain roads, being covered in snow, beaten by hail, attacked by wildlife, fording (very tiny) rivers, and baked in the sun (Montana gets about as much sun as LA).
