I appreciate that Sasun took the time to sit with me and get to know me while I waited for my tesla model 3 to get tinted by his team. He did the rear window himself which can be very tricky. Sasun promised me they would be done in 40 minutes actually. I left to go get gas with my girlfriend's car and came back at the 35 minute mark. They did end up taking about 50 min+ for my windshield however. I like how he went to show me it and they realized some mistakes to where the sides were lifting a little, so they went to go fix it. I unexpectedly had some time and figured I'd stop by, get an estimate and schedule something for another day. Sasun told me to come on over, so I showed up around 4:30. He took the time to walk me through all the different tint options, the various price points, and the different performance levels of each. No pressure at all - just educating me on the different options. After we went through everything, I asked how much lead time would he need to fit me in his schedule. He basically said to Just give him a call when I was ready. I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask if he could do the work that night. His response: "Yeah, I can do it." Mind you, it's now about 4:45 PM on a Friday night. Would hire them again in a hearbeat. Also the ceramic tint makes a big difference on the temperature inside your car, especially if you park outside on a hot day. It doesn't make the car cool, by any means, but it makes is MUCH cooler than if you had no ceramic. Like if you get into your car on a hot day and it's 85 inside instead of 105.
