I went to this location last Thursday 8/1. I was looking for a new torch to use, to light aflame…read more(obviously) which I found for 35$ in a matter of seconds from walking in. You do have to give the staff your ID in order to look around the store which is cool whatever. I got the torch home and discovered it was out of Butane. I called the store and the young girl told me they sell the Butane separately which would have been nice to know at the store, that's like selling lighters with no lighter fluid or toys with no batteries. So I run out and buy some the same night from a different smoke shop. The next thing I noticed is the torch leaks the Butane so as soon as I fill it up its empty again. Come on ! Please stop selling faulty torches and let your customers know to buy butane before they leave to save them time. Of course there are no returns which the snooty staff make very clear. Now I know why you don't have returns because the damn things don't work to begin and now you guys don't have to pay me back. I wont be returning to this smoke shop and will gladly take my money somewhere else.
