They went ahead and charged my card, but then told me they couldn't actually set up the auto-delivery because I didn't have the physical card with me. What really upset me is that they never mentioned the charge wouldn't be refunded immediately. Now I'm stuck waiting 2-3 days for my money to come back, which means I couldn't even purchase the products outright. This should have been clearly explained before charging my card. It felt disorganized and poorly handled, and the lack of communication made it a bad customer experience. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.
