The directors and staff are deeply knowledgeable and get to know all of the students and families on a personal level. Some things that set Wonders apart from other places we looked are that kids stay in the same class all year long, with the same teachers and classmates, which has really really helped my kids' growth and confidence and allowed them to develop close relationships. Wonders also provides lunch and snacks, which makes life easier. Lastly, having the playground right outside the center makes it easy to build relationships with other families and creates a closeknit community.

It has been so much easier for me to drop him off and be away from him knowing that he is in good hands. Not only does my son love it there (sometimes he doesn't want to go home!), but I can also tell the staff really cares about him. Along the way he has had some personal challenges that have come up and the teachers and director have worked hard with us to help him. They have been very accommodating and supportive through some difficult times. We are really going to miss GHES when my son graduates to kindergarten. As a single parent I feel blessed to have my son in a school that feels like an extension of our own family.

Ms. Hana took COVID safety very seriously and took all the measures to make sure that the learning environment was also a safe place as well which was also a top priority for us. It was going to be his first time in a structured school setting so I really appreciated the smaller class size and student to teacher ratio because I felt like he was able to receive a more individualized curriculum and he was met at his academic level. When my son first started, he had very basic knowledge of his letters and sounds, but now we are almost to the end of our first year and he is reading simple sentences. He comes home excited to tell me what he has learned and about all his friends at school! I am so impressed with how much he has learned and grown thanks to Ms. Hana. Although we will be moving on next year to kindergarten, we are so happy that our son was able to get a good foundation for this upcoming school year!

Safety protocols are followed, everything is spotless, and everyone is in masks. I am an educator and tend to scrutinize teachers & programs more than the average parent, and I am thrilled with everything Anny does with my kids. As a founding family we have been with her since the start. She is nurturing, consistent, and explains everything to her students, which is incredibly important for our son who is very concrete in his thinking. The school is incredibly organized with endless amounts of activities, wonderful natural light, and a huge outdoor play space. The Montessori materials and small setting provide the exploration and developmental opportunities that my kids weren't getting in their previous school with dozens of other children in their class. The school atmosphere and daily schedule provides my kids with the routine and stability they need. Anny's communication is phenomenal, with a weekly snack schedule, newsletter, and being accessible to discuss anything that pops up. Casa MAKV has a secure Facebook page where we can view pictures of our kids being engaged in daily activities.
