I arrived at 8am, and they didn't have any rooms available for early check-in. However, they had an early arrival lounge on the 6th floor which has showers for you to freshen up, and which I truly appreciated. I've stayed at other hotels where they gave me access to the hotel gym to shower, but this early access lounge is a full bathroom attached to a small private room for you to unpack and reorganize if needed without being in the general lounge area. Other amenities include free treats in the lobby sometime (they served ice cream once while staying there), fruit water by the check in counter with individual Mentos, and you can borrow an umbrella for free. The room was clean but nothing spectacular, which is fine with me. Housekeeping occurs daily. Overall an excellent stay if you want to be nearby Circular Quay.

The conference rooms are large and was a great setting for the event I attended. I will say on day two it was quite hot and I'm not sure if the air conditioning was circulating or broken. We did have a food option at our event as well. The food I did try was pretty good and fresh! The location of this hotel is great too for those looking for accommodations! It's within a 5 minute walk of Circular Quay, and there are also plenty of restaurants around to grab a bite to eat!

Loves to write PH d level dissertation in depth explanation to this globalist in a lovely way of saying NO. She failed @ asst with extended stay issues and then I was charged for in house dinner which I never received and it was breakfast. Which I really didn't need because the food in Sydney is by far superior to USA. And we did over eat. So if I was the professor I would say C++. ( C++ in Grad school is a failure). Us globalist who are loyal to the brand will start looking @ other options. In fact during my morning's jog around the corner ,,,,,,I ran into another high end brand competitor !!! This property w similar views and a spectacular breakfast. And no cruise ship horns. Price point much less and quality higher. So Hyatt listen up! Globalist /member here since the program started. We can take out business else we're. Lots of options. !! Just booked another Park Hyatt stay to off set this second less desirable treatment. I truly want to thank all the wonderful staff from the bell hops to the restaurant staff as well housekeeping. All perfect. Concierge staff also wonderful.

The staff was accommodating and great customer service. Can't wait to return.

Unfortunately, the water in our shower smelled pretty bad. However, the beds were comfortable and water was so kindly provided and available upon request. The hotel is located in a good location, making it accessible to walk down to the water or to uber to quickly and easily to other locations. The breakfast was the star of the show here, though. It truly had something for everyone and anything you could ever imagine. The Nutella and pancakes were the incredible! The upstairs restaurant and bar was delicious. They had a great selection of wine and great bites to share. The duck spring rolls are not to be overlooked!

They registered us in and took my cell to notify me when the room would be available if it's earlier than the regular check-in time. Our luggage was promptly stored by the concierge. Soon after, we got a notification that the room was already available, much earlier than we expected. After getting our keys and going upstairs to check out our room, our luggage was already laying there. The hotel also has a decent size gym though I must say it's not the best I've been to. They do have a very nice indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast is pretty good and has a nice variety. The best part of the hotel though in my opinion is its proximity to a lot of attractions including just a 10 min walk to the harbor and Sydney Opera House. It's located in the Rock neighborhood so lots of restaurants to choose from. It's also only a 10 min walk to George street which is the one of the main shopping and walking streets in Sydney. My only negative feedback is that the hotel seems a bit dated to me and the furniture, bathroom, and carpets need an upgrade / remodel.

Positives: The room was avail early. Greatly appreciated after a 15 hr direct flight. We wanted to clean up b4 exploring "Harbor City"; Staff was super friendly & helpful. Mini bar items were complimentary; Good location in Barangaroo, a neighborhood on the edge of CBD. Plenty of bars & restaurants within walking distance; Negatives: Small 250 sf room. An upgrade to a 500 sf suite would have cost $180 AUD more per night; No lanai (patio) to take in the fresh air; No wand in the shower; No Executive lounge; No pool; No view for being so close to Darling Harbour; No local restaurant recs via the app like other Hiltons I have stayed at; Tiny gym; The No's (negatives), far outweigh the positives: I would not stay here again. Tons of shopping with both a large shopping mall and smaller shopping streets is also right around the corner. Sydney tower is also right next door and accessible through the shopping mall. The lobby area is attractive and contemporary although not particularly grand. A restaurant is on the ground floor and there is also an art gallery and hair salon connected to the lobby. The room was spacious and quite contemporary in its decor. We had a Hyde Park view, and there is a small side sitting area in the room across from the windows. The standard TV channels are available, although there are no streaming apps such as Netflix on the TV as other hotels are offering. The bathroom is large and features the usual amenities as well as a shower and separate bathtub. The real highlight is the amazing Sheraton club lounge on the 21st floor if you've booked a club level room. It is a large lounge with modern contemporary decor and many different types of seating. The breakfast buffet in the lounge is expansive and featured several hot dishes and numerous cold dishes and pastries. The evening appetizer and cocktail service in the lounge is not to be missed. Complimentary beer, wine, sparkling wine, and cocktails plus innumerable hot and cold appetizer choices. A selection of desserts is available as well. The food choices changed each evening, but there were some repeats. You could really make this dinner if you wanted to. The breakfast options were generally the same each morning but were good. Overall this is a great hotel in a great location, and the club lounge is not to be missed!
