The space mirrored its hosts- as soon as you walk in you feel welcome in the fun cheerfully appointed lobby- lots of color and eye catching fun decor (including a 2 story slide!) the overall effect is so unique - open and bright with plenty of inviting seating in the shared spaces but without feeling cavernous . The training room was bright , comfortable and exceedingly clean. There are also private offices of various sizes available- such a great concept! A year…read moreago I was going to cancel, and they told me I could downgrade the service at any time as a part of their sales effort to get me to extend, which I did. When I requested a downgrade 9 months later, they refused, and are now threatening legal action to get me to continue to pay a monthly service fee at the higher level. Attached is the email they sent me, which they are ignoring. They even tried to pull the funds out of my bank account via ACH, after I had revoked their permission to do so, but thankfully my bank has blocked them.

As an entrepreneur, I find this space to be a great motivation and a wonderful change of scene from working at home (where I am almost never as productive), or from the boring 777 office buildings (where, frankly, the people aren't as cool). The awesome, completely renovated house- turned shared office space, is beautifully decorated, and is full of character.
