We recently were struck from behind when the car in front of us stopped suddenly, and the car…read morebehind us did not. Bryan explained that he sees this kind of damage way too often. He was friendly and professional. Our replacement part didn't exactly match the original, so he tried to mix some colors that would match the original, but he was unsuccessful. This valiant effort is what I call "customer service". Go see Bryan. You'll be glad you did.

Our daughter traveled from DFW to UNM after Thanksgiving and broke down late on Saturday night…read moreabout an hour past Amarillo. After getting her car towed to Amarillo and attempting to get it repaired on Sunday to no avail, I turned to Yelp for help. I found a shop with great reviews for helping stranded travelers, especially on weekends. I fired off a message and accidentally turned it into a project which added Bryan's Auto and Body to my message. And it's a good thing because Bryan was the only response I ever got. He said they could definitely get it looked at, but it would be Monday. It didn't take long to see this was as good as it was gonna get. But it got better when, not only were they able to get it looked at on Monday, but were able to get the alternator and flywheel replaced on Monday. Melissa and Bryan were tremendously helpful. I drove up to Amarillo to get my daughter back to Albuquerque and was working with them through Yelp messages, emails and phone calls. I have a great mechanic in DFW that took me years to luck into, but managed to find the same level of service through Yelp in a faraway city through apps and phone calls when I didn't have a clue where to go. Thanks Bryan! Thanks Melissa! Thanks to the whole team at Bryan's Auto and Body for coming through with minor miracles in the midst of our little crisis far from home. You are greatly appreciated!

I cannot say enough about Accent Auto - Our vehicle was in an accident that was significant - they…read moretotally brought it back to life for us - the engine and body work perfectly repaired. I found them to be honest, knowledgeable, and professional. - not to mention they knew how to handle the insurance company on our behalf. I can't say enough..... Sandy D.

It took 3 days (!!) to replace my windshield and I had a sinking feeling that, because Braden…read more(Owner) doesn't advertise that they calibrate windshields, that he was straight-up lying to me when he said his company did. I brought my Lexus in at 8am on Wed. & he kept saying, "It'll be ready tomorrow, tomorrow..." then I got a text from Street Toyota saying "Thank you for bringing in your vehicle!" ON FRIDAY MORNING. I am very grateful that his ego wasn't bigger than my safety but he cracked my cowl seal (GOOGLE THATT!) and broke my windshield wiper - - which he did not disclose - - I had to notice it and point out that I just got my oil changed at Street Toyota a week before and was absolutely certain the windshield wiper was in new condition before I dropped it off to him. So began the "Tomorrow, Tomorrow" game for those replacements and it took him, Julio, my giant paper-book manual, and GOOGLE for them to change the windshield wipers - - which do not look right - - and he replaced both cowls when only the one that he destroyed was needed. (There was no sun damage to it nor was there wear & tear - - they were perfectly sealed and unnoticeable!) He replaced it with an ill-fitting seal or just did a 1/2-Donkey job because there's a gaping hole now leaving the engine and my cabin vulnerable to weather and critter exposure. He, Ted, and Julio just made me feel like a Dumb Female and I know they're reading this saying, "That's redundant!!" But I have pictures and video of Braden & Julio just confounded as to how to change the windshield wiper so - - who's the dumb female??! (Sorry to be redundant). Definitely go to Accent unless you're a Dumb Female. (Sry, same thing).
