I messaged Wei Wei via Yelp Sunday, January 3rd and we had custom blinds installed on Friday the 8th. 5 DAYS! Now that is excellent customer service! The string broke on the blinds in our living room and we had no privacy (and also on another window downstairs). They understood our discomfort and made sure we had new blinds quickly. VERY THOUGHTFUL. Two lovely designers came over with samples on the 5th and measured the windows. I thought I wanted faux wood, but actually preferred the roller blinds after looking through all the samples and taking recommendations from the designers. We honestly couldn't be happier with Wei Wei and with the blinds. I highly recommend this company and will definitely hire them again for all of our window covering needs. read more

I commissioned Wei Wei to provide a drapery for my patio door. The drapery fabric selection is great as is the hardware. The draperies look great. My one comment is the liner is not hemmed at the bottom to the drapery fabric which allows air to travel up the drapery between the drapery fabric and the liner. The result is the air flow up the drapery degrades the crispness of the pleats. That's why I knocked off a star. read more

Normally that wouldn't necessarily mean that I would go with the cheapest, but in this case they also had what I thought to be the best selection. We were able to pick exactly what we wanted and we felt really good about what we ordered. I could not say that with the competitors. My house was built with all of the windows installed sideways, so you can't buy pre-made window coverings anywhere. Over thirty years ago we bought custom-made curtains, but now we are seniors and can't afford that. My bedroom window curtain rod finally broke so I threw it away along with the old, worn curtain. For a while we lived in a fish bowl, exposed to all of the neighbors. When that got old, we folded a sheet and used black Gorilla Tape to keep it on the wall. I called several shop-at-home, supposedly budget-blind companies that quoted me prices over $1500.00 for curtains for ONE window. They said, with a note of sympathy, that their customers are mostly corporations. The sheet fell off the wall and it seemed like we were destined to just keep taping it back up. Then I came across Wei Wei Drapery online and thought I'd give them a try. Peter answered and said that they serve the whole community, not just corporations. A representative came out, I picked out a shade and shortly thereafter they installed it. The shade was pretty but not very room-darkening, as I needed. Knowing that we weren't a big money-making job for them, I still ventured to call Peter back. Peter said they wanted me to be happy and they stood behind their work. They took back the first shade and gave me a wider, longer, thicker shade and mounted it higher up on the wall. This is a rare honest company. My daughter, who works in the service industry said, "Wow! That's good service!" The first night it was installed I slept like a baby till...shh...noon. We will replace the other old window coverings as we can. I unequivocally, highly recommend Wei Wei Drapery for all of your window covering needs. read more
