We visited this Halfords store to look at Child carseats. We were planning to take a look at them…read moreand buy one cheaper on the internet. However, the gentleman was so helpful and they had such a good deal on a Maxi Cosy Isofix so we bought one from them. The assistant spent a lot of time with us and really knew his products. They had a lot of choice as well. He fitted the car seat for us and made sure that we knew how to fit it ourselves. There is ample free parking outside this store and it on a retail park alongside Comet, B&Q, Carpetright, Lidl and a bowling alley Overall I would really recommend this store for buying a car seat. I have not visited for any other reason so cannot comment on the service on car parts e.t.c

We was given an order number and told will be ready In an hour. Seeing as we don't live in Gravesend and knew we'd get the school and works traffic, we waited 30 mins then made our way to the store, on the way a text come through to say their now processing it. I went in the store, the guy couldn't find it, I said maybe I'm a bit early, he printed the receipt out and said no it says it's ready, but it wasn't there, they didn't have any, he said he can order it in for Wednesday...what a waste of time and petrol. This wasn't the first time this has happened either, it happened in the past to my son. Surely they should make sure items are in before giving you your order number. So won't be using the click and collect here again :(

This is a small asian cash and carry near chatham high street…read more You could park and display in the medway parking lot which is tiny and the shop will pay for the ticket of its customer..or in other words it has free parking. The prices of most items are slightly higher than that in most asian shops in the area but the plus point is that it has so many small small things which you wouldn't find in other asian shops. The goods are neatly arranged though there is a shortage of storage spaces. The shop has a tiny freezer section and a buthers at the far end too.

The bike needed a new clutch slave cylinder and…read moreafter a quick phone call to Ray I was invited to drop in at my convenience and the job would be done while I waited. I'm not a regular customer, in fact this was my first time using "Meccanica " but the welcome was warm and friendly and the service fantastic. The job was a relatively small one but attention to detail was impressive and in addition when the bike was rolled out of the workshop a number of points including all levers, centre stand and side stand had been freshly lubed. An excellent level of service for seriously minimal cost.
