Two men did the work. They arrived on time. They presented well, were professional, courteous and worked hard throughout the entire process. They carefully packed all my belongings taking time not to damage anything. Not only did they move my items with a very short turn around time but I paid extra for them to take some items to the dump for me! The JVA moving crew were meticulous in packing our belongings- it was dumping rain and they wrapped just about everything we owned to ensure it did not get wet; we didn't even have to ask, they just did their thing! And FAST. The load and unload time was extremely impressive, and the men who worked on our move- Tom, Cale, and Tyler, were so respectful and considerate- totally went above and beyond. Not a single item was broken or damaged; which is to be expected with pretty much every move. My wife was also extremely impressed with their work ethic and manners. They handled everything carefully without me having to hover or stress about my stuff getting wrecked. Nothing felt rushed, but they still moved efficiently and kept things going. Parking at my new place could've been a mess, but they figured it out on the spot without making it a whole ordeal. Just handled it and kept moving. They were also super patient throughout the process and just easy to work with. Good attitudes, good communication, no weird energy which honestly makes a huge difference on a moving day. Moving is a nightmare, but they made it way smoother than expected. If you get Tim and Akuul, you're in good hands.

It's so sad that I'm not sure if the barely conscious delivery we experienced is the norm. This will be tricky because for some weird unexplained reason none of these businesses are listed. I need to add each business that hands off our boxes. This review is just to say that these movers came armed with paperwork to add to our total but another moving company had warned me so I just reduced the items that would have changed the quote. At this point things look ok. Before the boxes are unpacked we will learn that we have an entire wardrobe box filled with someone else's stuff instead of our ladders. I looked through the stuff and found the owner in another state. We're trying to figure out how to ship this heavy box to him. No clue where our ladders and hubby's chargers are but these guys deal in cash and they're long gone.

They Called us promptly at 0900 and stated that they were to be here in a few minutes. Communication was amazing! This is our first time working with movers so my fiancé and I were a little nervous. When we met Justin Bell and Gus, they had made the whole experience and transition so nice! I was very impressed of how quickly they had moved all of our items and furniture to the moving truck! They wrapped our furniture very nicely and always had an upbeat attitude( Side note, we live on the second floor) Throughout the whole process, they were chatting with us and laughing and just in good spirits, again I am very impressed. Once we got to our destination, they were quick and swift in retrieving our belongings and bringing them down stairs and was able to place my items where they needed to be. We did a walk through before starting the move and went over what all needed to be moved.
