For a while, there was a huge group of kids and adults playing and yelling in the hallway, and when I called about them, they did take care of the noise, since it was night, and we had to get to sleep. The parking lot was safe, and there were restaurants very close. I grabbed dinner at Wendy's and before we left, there was a Starbucks on the way back to the route. It was convenient for being inconvenient. We wanted to stop in Missouri, but with the awful rain, that was not in the cards. We left before being able to try breakfast, but the rooms were nice and the bed comfortable, so we got a good night's sleep before a very long last leg.

Housekeeping did come every day to freshen up the rooms, which was nice. Some hotels don't do that any more. The hotel had a nice little gym and an indoor pool. Somehow, the pool didn't entice me to swim there and I love to swim. The hotel also had a free breakfast including some hot items. The breakfast was good. All in all, if I had to come to this area again, I wouldn't be upset to stay here, but I may try another motel first if I could get it for a similar price.
