Went there to bowling and laser tag a few days ago. My work has some team event. There is small private section and sectional off at the end for private party. That is nice. 1) bowling place give me a feel that this is like 1970 building, I have not check when this is built. 2) restroom look pretty old, one stall the lock is broken 3) Ordered pizza, not that good taste. I guess this is bowling place. 4) The laser tag zone is really fun. That one, I feel it is newly built, and my work split into 2 team, ice against fire team. Not sure I'd go back... half of the arcade games took my money and wouldn't let my kids do anything or work. Then somehow we ended up paying 130$ for two lanes just to bowl for an hour after waiting on a list for lanes to open up.... Oh and the service..... I won't even go there. read more

Visited Tulsa came on a Saturday around 2-3 it was very packed at all by the outside I was kind of iffy on what the inside would look like but it was really nice! They had indoor go karting, an escape room, bowling , laser tag and of course the arcade. We did bowling and ate I had a kids quesadillas with salsa/chips pretty good. Also found out the game card you have can be used for any other activity besides the arcade. Wish the arcade had a few more options and an air hockey table and for some reason the indoor go karting was closed :( read more

We took our 120 students to Andy B's for an end of the year class trip. 33% of the cards weren't programmed correctly, which caused a little bit of hassle for the workers who had to make it right at the prize desk and front desk. Some benches for a waiting area would be cool for being able to regroup at the end of our session. We will just take them outside in front next time. But those were the only parts that were less than amazing! The bathrooms were clean, the bowling lanes were great. I really like how they let the students use their own tennis shoes to cut down on wait time. Even with a big renovation going on that affected 10-15 lanes, we barely noticed. The kids had fun with bowling, and the games worked well. They liked the laser tag. The pizza was tasty, as always. They even made a gluten free pepperoni pizza for a sensitive student! The student said it tasted great. It looked good! I added a picture. I'm super stoked that all my students got to have the same type of food and experience. The workers were attentive and helpful. Absolute dog shit experience we went on a Monday night the week of Christmas. We asked for a water four times. Finally after an hour and a half of bowling when we were ready to leave they brought us a pitcher of water, but it was too late. We were already leaving the lanes. Meanwhile, our server was not able to serve us alcohol, which was fine. So we went to the bar and stood there for 17 minutes before not even getting a beer, and wasting bowling time. We were also sweaty because it was 79° in there and then proceeded to leave before the time we already had paid for was over. I would highly highly highly not recommend going to Andy B's on Riverside. read more

Always a fun place to go for entertainment. Food we got was pretty good. The best thing we got about the fries wasn't the fries but the toppings. Fries themselves were just okay. Not a fan of paying something like $5 for one Coke. I'm not sure how much I paid because the girl behind the counter crumpled my receipt for me. Family bowled. I watched. I don't like that they don't have auto bumpers. My kid had zero luck with the wonky ramp either. We played games as well. Most cost about $2 so our $20 didn't stretch very far but I do like their prize shop selections. Way less junky than other places. When using the restroom, 2 out of 3 stalls I tried were filthy and NO soap. read more

Been there to bowl twice now. If I had remember they charge by the hour and not the game, I wouldn't have gone that second time. I'm only interested in bowling, so the fact that my game was CUT OFF before finishing was stupid. Not going back unless they change from hourly to per game. I'll go to Sahoma in Sapulpa. This place is growing on me. Great "kids bowl free" program for the summer if you sign up for their app. For them we only pay the price of the shoe rental. Adults can bowl piecemeal or a whole lane for $37 per hour. The staff has been great in a couple visits so far this summer. read more

Sierra is an amazing asset to Andy B's. She went above and beyond to make what started out as a difficult situation a wonderful experience.

They have really expanded their facility since they originally opened, and it's full of so much fun stuff to do! They have bowling, obviously, go carts, laser tag, a big arcade, lots of activities for everyone. My favorite lanes are the glow bowling / party lanes with a special VIP section you can reserve. They have a snack bar on site that will deliver your order to your bowling lane, which is nice. We ordered a veggie pizza and it came out piping hot, I was kind of expecting it to be just warm so I burned my mouth - my bad. Still tasty and hit the spot. Fun place for the entire family even though the prize counter for the arcade is way overpriced. read more

1star because bowling was good, went downhill really fast trying to play laser tag. We purchased vouchers waited outside entrance to laser tag, 3 people waiting also, group finished and suddenly more people came went in with those people, we were not allowed in. No directions or policies were posted about how groups waited or were to go in. Young lady in charge was also running prize room moving back and forth between areas. People started gathering still no instructions, we said politely the line in over here behind us. We waited, suddenly a women came and started speaking loudly in an aggressive voice accusing me of cursing and using abusive language, we all said there had been none of that, she kept it up, way beyond assertive, rude and aggressive. I have never been treated that way nor has my family. We left, didn't play and will never return. I would not recommend this place to anyone with a family they hold to high standards. read more

We went bowling yesterday and specifically asked to be away from others as much as possible. After about five minutes of bowling the place was completely dead empty EXCEPT THE PEOPLE BOWLING IN THE LANES ON EITHER SIDE OF US. I guess I should have asked if we could please be crowed in between others even though the place was empty. read more

I took my fiance here for a date night. They had a Groupon there was a pretty good deal. We weren't able to get there until after 8 unfortunately and I found out that the menu goes to a special late-night menu with many less choices. I was kind of bummed about that. I got chicken enchiladas and they were okay. The thing that bothered me about this is that you have to pay $10 to reserve a lane ahead of time. Otherwise you just have to try your luck. Luckily we didn't have to wait but it would have been frustrating if we had had to. I just think it's weird to have to pay $10 to reserve a lane. pros: amazing place on Saturday Night. Glow bowl was so much fun and had the best music. Honestly better than the VIP. i love all the game options In the arcade too. The laser tag arena was really nice and had a great layout. Also the fact that the photo booth can take group pictures from the back makes it the perfect place for celebrations. Food was amazing! l cons: understaffed! long wait times. Employee attitude. ------------------------------------- ( they have two bars, one person working each, tons of people in line. it took an hr to get our food and 20mins it sat under a heating lamp cause the waitress disappeared. The same person at the ticket counter mans laser tag so we waited 30 mins to play when no one was in front of us. the employees seemed skittish and like they wished we didn't bother them. Except the two working the bars and Big Mike. ) Big Mike was walking around helping his coworkers. He cleaned dirty dishes someone had left on the bar Right next to where our drinks were being made. smiled every time he passed and was extremely friendly and helpful when we purchased attraction tickets. I would guess to be one of very few people to have saved the tickets earned on games played to reach over 100,000. The initial goal was to save for a certain item which is no longer available. In fact, there is little offered having great quality. Every time my daughter and I play I am told they are expecting to get new items in. That's been all of 2019. Another complaint I have is with being misled by the management to resolve a matter as promised. Days later, I learned on my own, most businesses won't do anything if you vehicle is damaged while you are inside their establishment...... During my last visit to Andy B's, my vehicle had been damaged by someone pulling open my driver side mirror. It had been folded in so not to block anyone walking between vehicles. By forcing the mirror open broke it and now it will not stay in place. No telling what it will cost to repair it. The manager on duty lead me to believe it would not be a problem to look at their footage captured on the parking lot camera to see what happened and I would get a call. No call! If THE MANAGER was given this information and chose to blow me off: rude and not appreciated. An honest reason for not helping me with my problem is better than no call. There are new family fun establishments around Tulsa, with similar and updated entertainment; but, I have remained loyal for reasons given in a previous review. I now ask myself if I am being mislead on there ever being more ways to cash in my tickets than on a board game, candy or a unrecognizable cartoon pillow! All item are way over the cost found in stores, of course. Where I once didn't mind to spend my time and money now has me hearing them say, they don't care if I do either. Today, may be our day to cash in our nearly 104,000 tickets and take our ticket winning butts elsewhere. read more

What happen Tulsa? I move back to Tulsa after a few years, and this is what i get! Really! Its like a 70s truck stop mated with a freak show, middle school and i could figure out 4th. I believe i seen black mold growing in the mens bathroom. Or maybe just a bad accident happened in there. Tiles missing, doors didn't latch. But hey only 3 of the 4 toilets were backed up. The carpet look like it was soaked in Pepsi. And the good thing was the food prices. They must be getting ready for 2040, to bad the quality was left in the 80s. Would not recommend. We reserved 2 lanes well in advance and the reservation alone was almost $200. This didn't include shoes or food. When we got there, the tables by our lane were packed with people, not reserved. We were informed servers weren't serving parties at the lane tables and then the kitchen told us they weren't serving food anymore. When we finally got to order, we were told the food would take 1.5 hours to come out. It was a nightmare and absolutely not as cool or fun as the website makes it seems. So Andy Bs is a pretty solid place to have an evening out. I've come here for new years, birthdays and just hanging out with friends and family. They have a decent selection of things to do from laser tag, a small go kart track, a small arcade and of course bowling. There are two separate bowling areas. A normal style lanes if you will with mediocre seating and tables and really old carpet. The lanes work like they are supposed to and so do the scoreboards. Just no frills. There is a separate area that is like a lounge with couches music videos playing and wait service. It costs more per hour but is worth it. There is no paying by the game any more. It's all done by the hour. That seems to be the trend now a days. Not a real fancy place but if you plan well a lot of fun can be had here. read more

We really enjoyed bowling here for an hour. Weekend price with shoes and tax was $43, which is pretty steep I think, BUT we did get in four games between two people. Which evens out to be pretty good in my book. After an hour my hands hurt, so I was good :). The shoes were easy to put on and comfortable. The lanes were clean and they tried their best to space us apart during Covid. I wish that they had seats closer to the lane, but I guess that's not their fault. Andy B's is great. We absolutely love everything about this place! The bowling, arcade, escape rooms, but most importantly the friendly & helpful staff! Mike (I think that's his name) went above and beyond during our visit to make sure we had a great time. I was 39 weeks pregnant & brought a water bottle in, which he informed me I could not do, but then promptly got us a whole pitcher of water to drink while we bowled. He was so friendly, and made our entire visit one to remember! We've also had great experiences with the escape rooms and the staff running those. Extremely helpful & again went out of his way to make sure we had the best experience possible (I wish I remembered his name too!) The activities and atmosphere are fun, but the staff is really what sets this place apart!! read more

We are on a bowling league at Andy B's every Wednesday. We're very thankful they can serve food now because we do enjoy eating before we bowl. Had a very poor experience with one of the escape rooms (many of the puzzles were missing key parts and the person monitoring did not know how the room worked) and I have since been trying to contact management to request a refund and report the incident for 4 months and no one will return my call. Honestly super disappointed in my experience tonight! We had reserved 2 lanes for 1.5 hours and ordered food. Our lanes messed up several times and half of the food arrived within 30 mins while the other half arrived an hour later. I understand this is an event center but at least put a little more effort in the arrival of food and the food itself. The nachos had a ton of lettuce and the cheese wasn't even melted.
