He does a thorough job no matter the task, and doesn't cut corners. I've even witnessed him kicking through snow in the usual drop spots to ensure a complete pick up is done, despite it being buried!... He makes snow removal look like effortless and somehow even is pretty and has "curb appeal" when he's finished... He also gives great lawn care tips and advice just because he cares! I haven't hired him yet for fall or spring cleans, but referred him to a neighbour who did, who raves about his services there too. Imaging my surprise when I came home last week to a green drop sign on my lawn and an invoice for service I didn't request. I had no prior service notice otherwise I would have called. I have subsequently emailed the centre and made sure no more service calls are made but I have an invoice still to pay. Unacceptable
