Because the menu online is not what is at restaurant. Much smaller I looked at online menu drove 3 hrs to eat there I order fish and chips. Horrible experience, not the waiters fault. Managers sat around doing nothing, probably because this is a normal occurrence. They had one bartender working on a Saturday night, we waited an hour for our reservation and two hours to get half of our orders. Not only were the drinks not good, but the food was also either over cooked, not delivered or they changed up how the meal came due to being "out" of certain items and not notifying anyone at the table. I actually sent my drink back and ordered a beer to be safe. The restaurant is failing because of those that are in charge. They looked like they had no idea what they were doing or that they didn't care because they would still make money based off the casino location and restaurant name. Brought my daughter for her birthday and had a great experience thanks to our waiter Alexz! If not for him our experience would not have been as great. Alexz was attentive, personable, and had us laughing. Cons were no silverware because apparently they didn't clean and roll enough. It was like getting into the White House, the people checking IDs did not have clear instructions on where it was, wouldn't let us pass... very short and we have never been here. My veggie burger was not made according to menu and was missing the tomato AND avocado slices (listed) but had mushrooms (not listed) which I do not eat, but thankfully I'm not allergic to and was able to take them off. I didn't speak up about my missing components due to the time it took to get it in the first place. The waiter was nice and kept contact, my kids never recieved drink refills even though they were asked and they didn't have a kids menu on Friday night and so my kid got chicken fingers and a side of fries which the fries NEVER came out until we asked for a to go box. Nice decor and a pretty reasonable menu. The veggie omelet comes with 2 hashbrown patties and toast. Definitely enough for 2 if you aren't starving. The flavors were good but omelet could have used some salt. My coffee was good as well. I think some syrup or something spilled on the cup at the bottom...at least I hope that's all it was. They do offer mimosas as well. It's located near the casino floor so the aroma of smoke does permeate a bit which is kinda gross to me when eating. We ordered a flight of mimosas and there were very cute because it comes with the little rubber duck. Lol.
