The chicken fingers I had were not that well. It seemed as though it was not fresh, like it was frozen food heated, not cooked in the kitchen. The burger was tasty, with the fries and ketchup. Waited about 15 min for a host(ess) to come and only one customer at the bar and one table being served with no employees on site. Manager finally came and was as sweet as pie and joked that she wasn't doing anything lol. Server came and sat us then a different one came.and took our order. Food was not good at all...started with the spinach dip and chips. It was lukewarm, at best. I gave 1 star because that the lowest rating available. if I could give 100 negative stars It would be enough! absolutely the worst experience dinning out! we had a party of 16 to celebrate a 21st birthday. the moment we walked in it was hot, the a/c wasn't working, and was very warm inside. manager said a/c went out the day before. we had made reservations 3 weeks prior. nothing was ready for our party and they had to quickly get tables together for us. the floor was very slippery and had to walk carefully to not wipeout! it is insanely loud music and beey hard to hear or talk to anyone. took what seemed like 20 min to get our drinks. we where their almost an hour before the waiter took our food order. as the food slowly started coming out, several of the meals came out wrong. when asked about the missing sides or the wrong order the person had a bad attitude and said "well it's not on the ticket". come to find out the waiter put it in correctly. we could see the kitchen staff arguing and very disorganized. no communication between kitchen and dinning room and poor management. when we tried to talk to a manager he didn't want to hear it and said he would discount the bill. it was never discounted and the same manager refused to talk to us again. finally got a different manager and he didn't discount the bill. the food was horrible and the chicken parmigiana was inedible, the chicken was like a brick. the portion sizes was inconsistent. 5 people ordered the steak tips and all 5 had different amounts of steak tips. the grilled shrimp are not grilled and chewy. the flavor of everything was lacking in every way. after about an hour and a half someone looked at the reviews and come to find out the a/c has been out for weeks. so the manager lied to us. for the amount of money everything is, it absolutely is not worth it. even the birthday persons birthday desert was wrong and didn't want to eat it. by that time we just wanted out of that place, and feel like if the entire bill was free it still not worth it. Brought my daughter for her birthday and had a great experience thanks to our waiter Alexz! If not for him our experience would not have been as great. Alexz was attentive, personable, and had us laughing. Cons were no silverware because apparently they didn't clean and roll enough. Once they started to get busy it took a while for someone to get us some plastic utensils to eat our food while Alexz was busy doing a great job juggling customers. What really upset me was what looked like a possible manager and hostess standing around talking poorly about their staff and mentioned how our table was there to long. They had one bartender working on a Saturday night, we waited an hour for our reservation and two hours to get half of our orders. Not only were the drinks not good, but the food was also either over cooked, not delivered or they changed up how the meal came due to being "out" of certain items and not notifying anyone at the table. I actually sent my drink back and ordered a beer to be safe. The restaurant is failing because of those that are in charge. It was like getting into the White House, the people checking IDs did not have clear instructions on where it was, wouldn't let us pass... very short and we have never been here. Nice decor and a pretty reasonable menu. The veggie omelet comes with 2 hashbrown patties and toast. Definitely enough for 2 if you aren't starving. The flavors were good but omelet could have used some salt. My coffee was good as well. I think some syrup or something spilled on the cup at the bottom...at least I hope that's all it was. They do offer mimosas as well. It's located near the casino floor so the aroma of smoke does permeate a bit which is kinda gross to me when eating.
