I wish I could put 0 stars. As many others have said in reviews for this location, the management here is pitiful. I ordered one blizzard through the DQ mobile app and paid for the item prior to driving to the location. When I arrived the person at the window said he doesn't have the order, at which point I showed him my phone with the DQ app order confirmation screen which shows the item, price paid, confirmation number, time of pickup, address of location, and progress of order. He said "I don't have it on my computer though so you have to pay again if you want that". I showed him the transaction on my bank app of the pending charge from DQ. He said "I don't care I don't have it, check your email it was probably cancelled or something. You have to pay again if you want it". I told him I already paid DQ and have the confirmation number right here and asked for the manager, at which point he hiked is leg up and grabbed his crotch while telling me "I am the manager". I proceeded to ask him to write down the confirmation number and sort it out with his regional manager as it is clearly a DQ back end issue. He said "I don't have to do anything". He said "you can pay again if you want it" and I told him it's not about the money it's the principle. A customer paid, your system isn't working correctly, honor the customers order and satisfy the customer then sort out your system with your regional manager later. He laughed and said he doesn't have the ingredients to make it then slammed the window in my face. Horrible service. There is clearly a disconnect in his understanding of what customers service and satisfaction means in this country. He should be fired and whoever made that POS a manager should be fired as well. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Just a shame and disgraceful. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. I will never return and will tell everyone I know and meet to avoid this location unless you like to be robbed. read more

I've frequented many chains over the years but DQ ranks as one of the least encountered on my end. Apart from random runs out west I don't see them much, so why not here down south? It was a random hot day in D'Iberville and my group and I were looking to quite literally chill out. We came for the soft serve and stayed for the fast food feast. DQ soft serve is probably among the best out there in fast food land but this location gave so little of it. My soft serve cone was wimpy with the ice cream to cone ratio; perhaps it was just a tad too hot that day and even the machines were spitting out something pitiful. $2 down the drain. Every location has a regional take and this DQ pulls no punches when it comes to the hot food. Sure there are frozen treats aplenty, but biscuits and gravy? Cheese curds? Wild Alaskan Fish sandwiches? Pretzel sticks? Honey BBQ glazed chicken fingers? Chicken and waffles? Steak fingers? I'm really probably behind the times because all I was expecting was burgers. Sadly, I can't give the food more kudos than its worth. The extra two stars comes for being on top of things service wise and being an extra fast drive thru, especially in an area where things move just a tad slower than most. read more

The ice cream there is great, I personally love the OERO Blizzard. But their service is REALLY and I do mean REALLY slow. Me and my family went to DQ it was about 7:30. And the inside was closed you could only go in the drive through. And the line almost wrapped around the building. With the service they have it was going to be at least an hour wait. So we just left. But why do they close the inside but keep the drive through open? It doesn't make sense. read more

I ordered and paid for my meal online, $33 for two meals. I received a confirmation of the order and payment. Got there to pick my food up and was told too bad, they couldn't find my order. When the OWNER was shown the confirmation of order and payment, I was told again too bad. If I wanted my food I could order AND pay a second time. This guy is a thief in reality. Too bad actually. The order was 2 Blizzards. The first ones when flipped they fell out. The second ones were wrong size. We were asked to pull up. 8 minutes later Hubby goes in they are sitting there melted. Did a quick drive by to satisfy a quick craving. Ordered the Oreo blizzard since I been wanting some ice cream. Unlike some places ice cream machine is always broken and not working. Anyways went through the drive through and ordered to go. Pretty fast service. Was in and out of the place within seconds. Young lady taking our order was nice. Lady making blizzards appeared a little annoyed with her. Our blizzards were not mixed through to the bottom and my Mint Oreo blizzard wasn't mint. I assumed it was a common mistake however watching her make the correct one I watched her try to pump mint into my cup and notice it was empty. Again that happens. But this is what we got. Apparently this DQ microwaves their burgers after assembly. Not sure if that's a DQ thing or it's just this location. I got my burger through the drive thru. It was blazing hot, the bun had the typical microwave chew and the cold toppings were all soggy and cooked. Not a good burger at all. read more

OMG! Nothing but confusion in this D'Iberville location. Slow! Slow, Slow. No sense of urgency. Stood at the register for at 4 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Workers were walking right by and not saying a word. Customer from a incorrect driver order was unhappy after receiving the wrong sandwich for the third time. I stop by my DQ in Diberville about 3 times a week. I like to sit quietly, decompress, think about the day, and just relax. I have the same thing every time: A med hot fudge sundae with extra fudge. Sometimes I get a little caramel too! I get a small water, sit alone and unwind. I have loved DQ since I was a kid. I'm now 62 and still LOVE DQ! BTW: I get Outstanding service from every employee I've encountered. I'm an Air Traffic Controller and I pay close attention to details and it's obvious my DQ does also. read more

Went to get a quick bite and had to go through the drive-thru; understandable. That's cool. What's not cool is the staff was not very attentive. Pulled up and the lady was very nice but then after a minute it went quiet. Stayed that way for a few minutes. Finally they took our order; I had a #1 with a blizzard. We finally get up to the window and they shove our food to us and shut the window. We sat there waiting on our blizzards for 30 minutes. By that time our food was cold and we still had to drive a good ways back home. The food tasted fine, but I had to reheat it in the microwave...didn't taste that good after that.
