For starters, it's family & doggy friendly. Two food vendors rotate between lunch & dinner time slots (4 total for each day). They also have a pizza place and bar on site. The pizza place will have slice pizza to go once it's up and going (great addition to the area). Our drinks were made perfectly, even the shots were tasty. The bartenders were quick & friendly. There are human & doggy water stations available at no charge. They also have a variety of hard games to keep you or the kiddos busy while you chill in a summer vibe. Music was good and upbeat, mostly country (which we loved). They have plenty of picnic tables and seating available - the truck beds had an awesome aesthetic. There is an indoor shaded area built like a garage to keep you completely out of the sun as well if you choose. The layout in general is very open and accommodating to small or large groups. They do have restrooms but have opted to bring in outhouses as well for the foot traffic. They're very clean & swapped out often. Parking is a little rough, but if you don't mind a small walk.. park in public lots if street parking isn't available. It's not bad! We have visited once since they opened a week ago & I feel as if we will be here all the time throughout the summer!

Love the environment that The Yard provides! Nice mix of beverages, and always love the pop up events and mix of food trucks.

I ordered the 5-piece wing dinner with hot lemon pepper wings, a side of macaroni, and the greens/cabbage, plus an extra side of fries with sauce. I'll be honest the fries weren't really necessary for me and I could've done without them. But the wings? So good. I don't usually go for lemon pepper, but this flavor was on point, perfectly seasoned with just the right kick. The sides were solid too and complemented the meal well. Overall, I really enjoyed it and will definitely be ordering again.

Normally a place I try never live up to the hype, however, I'm happy to say I was wrong in this case. The side portions are very generous. The mac & cheese is good. The collards mixed with cabbage were outstanding. The wings are delicious ,fried to crisp with beautiful sauce that doesn't drown the flavor out of the seasoning. I chose hot honey lemon pepper. (There's other flavors) In fact it enhances your taste buds. I also tried their beef cheesecake eggrolls, which are pretty decent size. They are a little pricey but I enjoyed. Honestly, the sauce that comes with it isn't necessary. They're fine on their own. I wish we got a little more meat, but it's not a huge deal. Everything is made fresh to order. I highly recommend you give them a try,and if I'm area again I'll return

So after talking it over with my husband, he would have given it 4 stars- , but I just loved it so…read moremuch that I gave it 5 stars!! After going to a candlelight concert in Cleveland, we came here for dinner around 8 o'clock-ish. There were four couples and just for fun..the girls sat at a table, and the guys sat at the other Two of us girls got the Irishman burger and it was a 10 out of 10! !! The Burger had enough char on it to give it such a good flavor and we just raved about it at the table! YUM!! Our other friend got the salmon stirfry and absolutely loved it! Now at the boys table- my husband got the Irishman Burger another got Nora's famous bowl another got fish and chips.. Nora's famous bowl, which was full of chunks of fried chicken over mashed potatoes with a Guinness gravy was a big hit! I will probably get that next time. One of the girls got the smoked Gouda mac & cheese, and added shrimp to it.... Sadly, this was not one of their best dishes. My friend really did not like it. The other miss was their pierogies- the inside filling was good, but the pierogi dough was tough The service was laid-back and friendly- we all had a good time We will definitely go back here! But if you have not been there yet - we definitely recommend it!!

Now, they have this bar set up like a pop up Christmas bar. I love downtown Willoughby because you could imagine this place was once somebody's home. It's been beautifully converted into a nice little bar. If you want to escape the loudness of Nora's downstairs, you can go upstairs to Finn's. Now, I understand you can rent this place out. But they have Christmas ales they have appropriately menu-ed Christmas drinks. Now, we weren't there for dinner time, so I have no idea if they served food up there, but I imagine they do. It was really cool because if you're looking to get into the Christmas spirit, they found a way to do it. And this little Christmas bar just made me so happy. It looks warm and inviting from the outside. That coupled with a brisk wind in downtown Willoughby. Made this place an awesome addition to our night.
