If your child has dreams of playing college softball, quality instruction is invaluable, and Coach Deja is outstanding. She immediately made my daughter feel comfortable while challenging her to improve. We've also had lessons with Coach Chet and Coach Max, and my daughter has loved working with all of them. This spring was our first season on an HQ4 travel team, and it was a fantastic experience. Coach Deja and Coach Max made an incredible coaching team. We watched our girls improve with every tournament, both individually and as a team. They struck the perfect balance of holding the players accountable while encouraging and building their confidence--exactly what teenage athletes need. Coach Chet has also helped build my daughter's confidence at the plate. He has the innate ability to notice the smallest tweaks and help her understand her swing. He always takes the time to explain things so that she knows what adjustments she needs to make or what to look for if she's struggling at the plate. My son has also taken various hitting and pitching lessons with Coach Caleb. Each time, Coach Caleb takes the time to explain the "why" so that my son can understand the correct way to approach his swing and pitching motion. It's so much more than professional instruction; it's passionate people who love the game pouring into these kids, developing their skills, and helping them understand the game and learn what it means to trust the process. I was told, when i booked the party to pay the deposit and then the full balance due after the party. Noah came in the party room during the party to yell for us to pay the balance left. Nevermind the fact my child was opening gifts and i had a room full of guest. But then thru the whole day he yells 4 more times. As if he was trying to say i was a thief. Like i was going to leave and not pay. The first time i went to go pay the lady at the counter, she didnt know how to cash me out. So how am i to pay a bill if your workers dont know their job? So she calls him up there and i told him how he made me feel throughout my childs party and his explanation was that last week someone walked out without paying...well thats not my issue. And i dont like the way he made me and my guest feel and for that i will NOT visit nor have another party there...and this was the 2nd party my son has had here..If i could gove you no stars thats what youd get!!!
