I much prefer a big hunk of meat rare or medium rare which you cannot achieve when you order smash burgers. What ever I've ordered in the past was cooked perfectly and tasted great (which is why I keep coming back when in a Bad Daddy's market). For the last few visits, I've gravitated to "Kim's Honey Chicken" which is a wonderfully flavored spiced honey and jalapeño ranch sandwich. Probably my favorite chicken sandwich anywhere except for when I'm in Nashville. My wife has enjoyed the perfectly cooked burgers but has lately done the "build your own" salad".
