It's a real community spot. The yarn selection ranges from standard go-tos like Berroco and Plymouth, to lovely stuff from Malabrigo and Juniper Moon Farm, to indie hand-dyes. Even though he works there, he doesn't know how to work the machines and says I'll have to pick up the next day. That's fine if I wasn't on a deadline. I told him multiple times I needed the designs by noon, and that if they couldn't do that then it's fine, I'll go somewhere else. As you can imagine the next day comes and my shirts haven't been done. I waited another 45 minutes and still nothing! I wanted a refund and they told me I'd be charged $20 design fee for the shirts. What?!? You should not have made the deal with me if you knew you couldn't do it. Plain and simple. It's okay if things are backed up or difficult. Just don't lie to me just to make the sell. You know that even if I don't get the designs then you'll scam $20 off of me.
