I was staying in Titusville for the month of January and had just been laid off from my day job - I was feeling antsy and purposeless and frustrated, so I signed up for a bunch of classes at the Yoga Loft. I was incredibly glad that I did - they were some of the best classes that I had attended. Each pose and flow was explained in a way that really clicked with me. Different variations were offered so that everyone could participate, no matter where they were with their practice. I always left feeling far less anxious and far more focused. Classes were often small, and we were encouraged to ask specific questions and request specific poses. While I was unable to attend, there were also interesting Friday programs that always sounded enticing. I highly recommend Yoga Loft for yoga students of all levels! read more

The Yoga Loft is exactly what Titusville needed. The owners are so kind and truly want everyone to have an amazing experience in each class. Cassidy teaches an awesome Barre/ body conditioning class that will get your heart rate going and make you sweat. Kaley teaches Ashtanga which is a sequenced class that incorporates a vinyasa flow. Anson teaches a more classical style of yoga and he emphasizes each posture making sure you focus on your breath. Angela leads a more modern style and brings so much energy to the room. Vinyasa Beats is one of my favorite classes. It is very upbeat and fun. Both owners come together. Angela teaches while Anson DJs, playing all kinds of music. Every class at the Yoga class is worth checking out. They are all awesome. read more

Whether you are a new student or a seasoned practitioner, The Yoga Loft provides a safe, relaxing and energizing yoga experience. The Teachers are warm, welcoming and highly experienced. Being new to the Titusville community, they made me feel comfortable right away. It is truly yoga for everyone with many different styles of offerings and also includes meditation and yoga for children. I have lived in Titusville for about a year and a half and The Yoga Loft continues to be one of my favorite finds here. The classes are great for all levels and ages, offering challenges for people with experience as well as modifications for beginners or those with physical limitations. This Yoga studio is amazing! We attended a youth event (Yoga Rocks!) and my kids loved it! This was their first experience ever with yoga and they can't wait to take some classes. The instructor Karon was perfect. She held the attention of all the kids in the class from start to finish. The owners are super sweet and you can tell they do this for the love they have for the practice of yoga. I can't wait to start taking some classes. Super clean and welcoming atmosphere. I've only been practicing yoga about seven months and my experience at The Yoga Loft has been all positive. I've attended several different yoga classes at The Yoga Loft and taken classes from four of the instructors there. The classes have been fun, and yet challenging, and always energizing. The instructors have all been helpful and knowledgeable. They accommodate beginners like me, as well as the more advanced students. Today my 12 year old daughter and I took the Gentle Yoga class. We are both very new to yoga and felt nervous. As soon as we arrived we were greeted warmly and put at ease. The studio was bright and clean. We were very impressed. We felt comfortable and loved our experience. We will definitely go back. What a great loft! I love the varietie of classes and times, It makes it very convenient for me when I am always on the go and need a moment for myself. The Yoga Loft is located upstairs which puts you at eye level with the dancing trees. Many different classes to try and the yoga instructors are the best!!! The Yoga Loft is a great little yoga studio in Downtown Titusville. The instructors are kind and encouraging and make every class fun. My favorite class is Vinyasa Beats which is a fun and energizing way to kick off a weekend. I've also tried Vinyasa Fusion and Kids Yoga and enjoyed those very much too. read more

I'm very impressed with The Yoga Loft! I have fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis and I take private lessons from Anson. He's a great teacher and he knows exactly what I need (strength, flexibility in joints...etc) and modify poses so that they are exactly what my body needs! Highly recommend! read more

I practice here at least 4 times a week or more. Every class is is lead by a yogi that is knowledgeable and caring. Each yogi strives to make sure everyone has a positive experience no matter what level you are. Highly recommend making this a part of your regular routine. read more
