I've been here twice now - enjoyed it both times. With that said, it is (from a food standpoint), 100% exactly like Yogurt r Rock in La Frontera. Same yogurt flavors with slightly differing toppings (but generally the same). The differences - The Yogurt Experience places the nutritional facts directly next to the yogurt machines (which is probably a good thing) and there is more seating here. The people working here have been very pleasant and the entire experience is enjoyable. I love both yogurt places equally as much and enjoy having one in each of the two locations (La Frontera and the Outlet/Ikea area) we frequent most. After a horrible lunch we came here. My son accidently dropped his yogurt and the ladies were so sweet. They could see he was embarrassed and they started telling him stories about them dropping stuff. I wish their cups were a little bit smaller for kids hands but next time I will hold my son's cup for him. read more

Out of all of the yogurt places we've tried over the past couple of years, this one is our favorite. I love the toppings! The fresh fruit is always yummy, and the other toppings are numerous and interesting. I love the Eurotart topped with berries, some coconut, and the delicious juice-filled bobas. Drool! My kids love to sample a different flavor each time, and last summer's root beer was a big hit. The staff is always friendly and the place is clean. Price is a little on the mid to high side (.43/oz) but they have a punch card so the tenth purchase is free. read more

I have been here a couple times never experienced any problems. I walked in today with my 3 year old son. No one was at the front counter to ask for nor was there any visible signs adversities sample cups. I tried a flavor & didn't like it. When I told the cashier she rudely replied "that's why we have sample cups". Then a minute later,my son politely asked for a spoon several times, she ignored him, then finally said " you have to wait until your done" . My guess is she didn't want him to start eating before it was weighed. Which I get but her tone & her demeanor was uncalled for. Update: I was contacted by the owners to apologize for the behavior. We usually avoid yogurt shops, due to the fact they can be a little pricey, and usually not very clean. My mom wanted to treat my kids to frozen yogurt to celebrate summer break, so we agreed to meet here. So glad we did! It checks off all my must haves. Excellent service from a friendly staff, clean eating area and bathrooms, good selection, good location,ease of parking. I didn't have my own bowl, as I've never been impressed with the flavors at similar stores. Each of my kids gave me a bite, and they were all delicious! We will definitely be making a trip back to this location so I can have my very own bowl. :D read more

I have been here a few times and the person behind the counter is not always the friendliest, I think once I have had seen a very happy, friendly person. The place in very clean and cute only a bit boring and quiet. The looks and no smiles I got this time really turned me away, which sucks I like this place. Maybe it was the time of the day I went? The yogurt and toppings are fun and awesome, I have found that I always only get the cheesecake yogurt. I love the fruit toppings! I would like to see more flavors that are touching other taste buds rather then the same old boring ones, be unique! read more

The people are extremely friendly. I used to frequent this place before becoming a vegan. I can't comment on how healthy the food is, but they do post nutritional information which was extremely useful when I would log my food. I always stuck with the no-sugar-added flavors and avoided most of the toppings. A tasty and reasonable treat! read more

We turned into the shopping center for some water and found this gem. I lived in LA for five years and developed my affinity for this low cal frozen treat while living there. This place is so yummy! There are a ton of flavors. They are rich and creamy while staying around 100 cals a serving, the toppings offer a myriad of options. This place is the best yogurt shop I've been to! The yogurt is very creamy and smooth as opposed to other yogurt shops that have somewhat watery/icey yogurt. The staff was so friendly! This place isn't worth 1 star. I was hoping it would be like yogurtland but not a chance. Not many flavors to choose from and several were out of order. Even basic flavors like original tart were not working. They dont give sample cups the way yogurtland does so you just have to guess on the taste. The yogurt dispensers are not at the right temp or maybe they are just old so they keep dripping which is gross seeing pools of melted yogurt at each station. It also starts melting immediately before you get to put toppings on, I think they need to set it a little be colder or change the consistency of what goes in. I will just stick to yogurtland from now on. read more

We recently visited The Yogurt Experience and it was GREAT. The variety of yogurt is terrific, and even better, the huge variety of toppings will satisfiy everyone. They have toppings that we have never seen at any other yogurt shop, and all were very, very good. Following our visit, we arranged for them to cater yogurt and toppings to a party at our home. The delivery went perfectly, and the yogurt and toppings were a BIG hit for our guests..... and the price was very reasonable.
