I've always been extremely unsure if any of this is real, but I decided to take a leap of faith because I felt like I had nothing to lose. I purchased the crystal therapy, which was not cheap at all, and we had two sessions. Now, I wasn't told how many sessions there would be for the crystal therapy, but crystal told me she would contact me when we could have another session. A month passes by and I have not heard from anyone at all. I figured they must have forgotten or gotten sidetracked because life does happen. So I decided to reach out and see what was going on. I got a reply, and was scheduled that Thursday at 1 pm. Once I got to the shop, I was told that the appointment was not until the next day, Friday. Even though I had text messages saying Thursday at 1 pm, people make mistakes and I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. Now here's where the doubt started to settle in. Friday came around, I asked what time our appointment was and was asked to reschedule for the next week. I agreed and let crystal know that I was free Tuesday, just not at 2 pm, and again never received a time for an appointment. I waited a couple of days and decided to contact crystal again and I was left on read. I've been ignored by this place, I've paid a lot of money for services which I did not fully receive. All I want is to receive what I paid for. I'll continue to reach out to finish the crystal therapy I paid for about 2 months ago. There is a bathroom with a shower and other toiletries you may need. The only thing is that parking might be difficult? I've been lucky with street parking.
