I took the Reiki Level 1 Virtual Class a month ago and wow... what a game changer. I have been feeling so overwhelmed and anxious during this whole pandemic thing and so I thought maybe this would help a bit. It did that and so much more. After the training my meditation practice, which I was struggling with, improved by an order of magnitude. I was struggling to complete 5 minutes a day but after the Reiki Level 1 I was able to meditate for 20 minutes each morning with no problem which left me feeling rejuvenated and at peace.
