The location in Foley, Alabama has been consistently a good spot to visit and they tend to get you in and out very fast. I also really appreciate that all the Take 5 Oil Change locations offer an active military and military veterans discount. They do sometimes try to oversell a few things at Take 5 locations with filters and windshield wipers. I had a very recently installed air filter from my last oil change that looked VERY clean they were trying to convince me needed replacing. Take 5 also has a great benefit that you can stop into any of their many locations to get your tires aired up, windshields cleaned and fluids replenished. They used to be pretty aggressive with asking for a review of their service but I haven't had that happen in several years now. The last service review I was given was in Louisiana and I gave them a great review until I got home and noticed they had not replaced the caps on the air valve stems of my tires. Overall this is a generally reliable and affordable place to get good service with a fast oil change.

Lug nuts were so over tightened the next mechanic had to drill out the studs after breaking 3 more lug nuts trying to get the wheels off. A total of 6 broken lug nuts and $1000 out of pocket repair because the kids in the back are totally incompetent.

Once he did, he realize the tire was faulty and the radial belts had separated- this was all before a long road trip that could have caused a serious wreck of the tire would have blown. I've had to use the services of Goodyear Auto Service in Foley, AL twice so far over the years. I…read morehad one of my tires somehow run over something in a gravel parking lot that made it immediately deflate. So after getting my spare tire on and arriving to Goodyear they found sidewall damage that couldn't be repaired and quickly got me a new tire installed and it came with a warranty. A few years later that same tire started to very slowly deflate on me over the course of several weeks. The deflation finally started getting faster so I decided to take it in after I couldn't find anything wrong with the tire and then people doing my oil change couldn't find anything either. So the Goodyear folks finally found a screw stuck into the sidewall of the tire facing towards the inside of the vehicle. Well apparently the tire warranty only lasted a short time as it had already expired which is a bit different than other tire warranties I've had. They also didn't have my tire in stock so they replaced it with what they did have in stock. What I found unusual is they didn't just replace my tire with the full size spare that is the same type of tire and then just put in their different type of tire in my spare tire space. Overall they got everything done faster than most places these days.
