She responded quickly, I sent some photos, then explained I'm driving two hours for this and am hoping to get it done in one visit. Not a problem. I went to my appointment the next day. On arrival, it was a pleasant surprise to see she does this out of her apartment (a nice one) and has everything on site. I was absolutely dreading a 5+ hour appointment in a typical salon setting lol. This was so much better, being in a home type of setting, very comfortable, and to top it off kitties!!! We talked about what I wanted done, she color matched and prepped stuff, and I watched her tutorial videos until she was ready. The best part, I got to stream movies and shows on her tv throughout the entire appointment. Epic. Fast forward 5ish hours, breaks as needed. I'm mind blown. I was absolutely stunned at the results! I had very damaged hair, she fixed it right up, and it looked all natural. She cut/styled at the end too. Idk how she does it, but I cannot say enough good things. I seriously could not have had a better experience. I will go out of my way, again, to go back to her for adjustments and whatnot in the future. These are super easy to take care of, and they actually made my hair grow out with a minimal amount of damage. My real hair has never been better. Once booked, they send you reminder emails a few days before the appointment. Never had a bad experience with Megs or Aaron and enjoy their company while I'm there. Highly recommended.
