Apparently I was charged for a "custom set" but it looks like a classic mega lash. My eyes have been red, swollen, and itchy since. I fear that my natural lashes are damaged due to the roughness of the application process . Despite me explaining this to her after my appointment, she just said she can do a free fix and she doesn't do refunds because "you should have read my policy". You may or may not get decent-looking nails, but you'll definitely be overcharged. Even if the nails themselves turn out okay, a lot of the typical elements of a manicure aren't included, it's pretty much just the nails themselves.
