I have been here 2 times now and will be coming regularly! The shop is very well decorated and I love the huge comfy seats while you're worked on... I may or may not have dozed off while getting my eyelashes done lol. I was offered water, given paperwork to review which inquires on allergies, issues from similar service in the past, ailments, informs you of what to expect, etc. Kellie was friendly and I found her easy to talk to during the service. She also let me know I could just relax and didn't have to talk if I didn't want to. There's also r&b music in the background which I found soothing. Getting here was easy with Google maps, but finding the actual building took just a bit more time. It's a white building on the corner that I think may have been a home converted to a work space. It was a real fun experience, I had a whole group of girls working towards my best eyebrows, and Kellie did a great job leading the class and making sure she took care of me. One star is gracious. On 9/20/20 I reached out to Kellie about getting my eyebrows either microbladed or nanobladed because I saw that she had great reciews. I sent her pictures of my previous work and she said "luckilynottobad" and "we can improve them with nano". We make an appointment and I send her my $100 non refundable deposit. Since I had read the policies I texted her a day before my appointment to confirm because no one had checked in with me by then. The day of my appointment comes and I call her about where to park. It turns out she hadn't saved my number correctly and thought I wasn't coming so she scheduled someone else to come instead( I drove 40 mins to get there). We reschedule on her day off because she recognized that was her mistake and I get there, she looks at my eyebrows, and says she doesn't know if she can do them. I show some hesitancy about doing the shading and she says I can go have one of her students do my microblading if that's the look I wanted (I had spent hours researching which place to go to and the good reviews made me think she was the only one I wanted to do them). She ends up doing the eyebrows and sells me a $6 paste for $20 along with some previously used water wipes. I spend $757-$857 including the deposit. The second appointment comes around and she asks me if I can come in earlier instead of our appointment time. No, I can't, I have to work regular hours. I told her it was fine and we can reschedule for spring break and she says she'll "work on it". I call her to see if I'm still having my appointment for the scheduled time and no one answers. Now Kellie is not contacting me back for rescheduling the follow-up appointment. It's been 6 days and she's been posting on Instagram since then. I have never felt more ripped off in my life and have overall had a very disappointing experience, as I had texted her (with no reply) hoping to figure something out. If this hadn't have been such an expensive thing I wouldn't have bothered with the review but the fact that it would cost $857 plus $150 for the touch up?? Don't leave someone with unfinished work then ghost them. Update: finally got a text back, 22 days later, asking if I could come in. read more

I got the volume lash fill for 85 and I get my lashes done with Tina. Shes amazing! She's so welcoming and gives me blankets when I'm cold and water. She's easy to talk to and is very thorough on how to take care of my lashes and what make up and products I can use. My lashes look amazing after my sessions and I get my lashes filled every 4 weeks. Kellie is amazing. After i gushed about my sister's brow shading/microblading she gifted me a session for myself. Kellie made sure i knew exactly what was involved and the possibility of needing more frequent touch ups because of my skin type. She shows you the stencil and you make adjustments/suggestions but let me tell you she WILL tell you if you're making a mistake. I wanted natural but defined brows (healthy issues have thinned mine out) and thought the stencil looked too instagram. i love their look but i am not an everyday glam girl so i worried i would be unhappy. Kellie explained that it would look natural and the stencil gave the illusion of bigger brows because of the lines. I asked her if that was her advice she said absolutely these will look great The stenciling takes a bit of time but it is worth it She goes back and checks balance, makes mm changes until she's happy so YOURE HAPPY end result? natural looking but full and defined brows. Five stars just for the great customer service alone but let's talk about the ambiance! A little tricky to find the entrance if you've never been here but a little hint, go AROUND the corner lol... You walk into a rather large room filled with plush chairs, think fluff, a giant comfy pillow. I was greeted and given paperwork to look over. I made an appointment via Yelp for a consultation, $50 deposit. This was my second time getting a consultation for brow work but my first time here as I am new to the area. After filling out my paperwork, I was placed in one of the plush chairs to apply numbing cream...I never felt numb, like I have at the dentist but the pain was minimal in my opinion and Kellie applied more throughout the service. I had previously been told microblading may not last on my oily skin, Kellie agreed and recommended powder or stardust brows. It's essentially a tattoo, Kellie said I'd love her and then hate her, then love her again. Particularly because of the 10 day healing process where the color may disappear completely which after two days I see happening. I have eyebrows lol so I won't be completely bald but Kellie did give me a pencil to fill them in for those instances. The room, chair in which she does the services is large and definitely not the usual hard ass uncomfortable Dr like feel. I could've fallen asleep had I not been getting a tattoo! Lol. The ladies of Lash Factor Studio Beauty Club are amazing! I am writing a review based on my 2 experiences here, outside of attending the Yelp Elite Beauty Event hosted here. Whether you're looking for microblading, lash extensions, brow tints, waxes, or facials, you MUST try Lash Factor Studio Beauty Club! 1. Lash Model After attending the Yelp Elite Beauty Event hosted here, I noticed that their Instagram page had a call for models for their lashes class. I DM'ed Kellie, and quickly got a reply saying I was in! She sends you details about the event, where to park and what to expect. We didn't receive details about the time duration, which is one thing I would make sure to add for future classes. If you decide to volunteer, expect to be there for 4-5 hrs. I was there for almost 5 hours, which includes filling out paperwork, doing a consult with your assigned student and the lash application. They make you very comfortable and provide you with blankets to keep you warm and pillows to place under your knees if your lower back hurts. It was my first time getting lashes applied, and a very unique experience. My artist was very friendly and personable. There may be slight irritation when the glue is applied to your lashes, so just let them know. I was told that it was a common experience and just needed to have more air blown to help the glue dry faster. I was amazed by the results! My lashes are typically very fine and straight. My lashes turned out so full and curled! They lasted for about 3.5 weeks! I loved the results and I didn't need to worry about applying mascara or curling my lashes. 2. Facial with Tina If you're interested in getting a facial, Tina is the best! She is super knowledgeable and listens to what you're looking for in a facial treatment. Once she learns what you want, she'll give you a recommendation of the best type of facial for your skin type and skin goals. My facial was a 60 minutes cleansing facial with toner treatment, facial mask, extractions, and head-neck-upper extremities massage! I've never had such great service and attention in a facial before! It was worth the cost and definitely something everyone should experience!!! Tina also uses products that have many natural ingredients and few harsh chemicals. She'll let you know which products she used and will recommend some things that will help you achieve your skin goals. I highly recommend the cucumber toner, if she suggests it! It is so light, smells amazing, and is great to keep your skin clear and healthy. read more
